Games/Game series that deserve more attention

[A Weary Exile]

Age of Empires II doesn't seem to get the praise it deserves (III was just shit on a shit biscuit) it had fun and challenging levels, a fun and easy to use level creator, and the expansion pack just made it that much better. I'd also say Rayman just because he's such a unique character.

Impossible Creatures. It's the only RTS I know of that let you fully customize your units (within some limits, of course).

Crono Trigger.
Crono Trigger was a great RPG, with an interesting and fun combat system, for the SNES. Crono Cross completely failed to be an adequate sequel, and was for the PS1. The only other thing that has happened with the series was a port of the original to the DS, with a few added cutscenes and a couple of end-game dungeons; the story and gameplay (even the graphics) were otherwise exactly the same as they were on the SNES. For what is, by many, considered one of the greatest RPG's ever, it would be nice to see something new, like maybe a real sequel.
