Not including games that you had to do in one go (e.g. most Mega Drive games), nor Portal, I'd have to say the only one is Prince of Persia Sands of Time in about 5 hours. It felt like it should have been a longer adventure. Not only was it one sitting, it was my first playthough. Still awesome though.

I think I finished Brutal Legend in 6 hours, though my most recent playthrough of Portal probably trumps that.

Quite close to the ending of Fallout: New Vegas and that's taken me all day. Keep in mind, I fluffed around a lot. Keep getting side-tracked. <.<

Ooh, yes. Portal. How did I forget that? 1 hour, 40-somthing minutes is my record.

Yeah, but Portal was meant to be a short game. A very fun one, mind you, I did it in about 2 1/2 hrs (two sittings, because I'm capricious).

But Force Unleashed I & II... repetitive (albeit cathartic, to an extent) gameplay and hideously short. Borrowed a mate's copies (because I'm so disillusioned about StarWars games except KotOR I/II, even Battlefront bores me) and finished both in about 10 hrs and ended with a feeling of 'I wish I had played AC:B instead'.

Only other one that comes to mind is (sic) SW: Republic Commando, 'twas OK, finished in a little under seven hours, ending pissed me off, though.

I had some trouble with the save fucntion in Blade Kitten, so I got almost to the end in one setting, couldn't beat the final level and quit, figuring that the autosave would have kicked in by then...only to discover that I needed to run it as administrator for the autosave to work.

For me it was HP and the Sorcerer's Stone, I remeber beating it in about 3 hours straight to the end, a game that surely sucks.

Sometimes, when I know a game's story is too short or it's gameplay is too easy I set it to hard mode or the hardest setting if it's extremely easy. That way games feel a bit longer. This works very well for FPSs and linear games like the PoP series or The Force Unleashed II... which still was short.

Kirby 64 (whatever it was called) Took me about 6 hours, maybe? I was 12, and it was a good platformer, but I was SO sad it took less than a day to beat...

Also, Mega Man X. Got really good at it, and did not like using the 'codes' to jump levels. Maybe 3 hours for that one?

I rented Homefront and won it in about 4 or 5 hours. I was rather disappointed in it.

I played through the entire Orange Box in one go when I bought it (not including TF2).

It was my first time playing HL2 and I was so blown away I just could not put it down.

BUT...

Ironic, considering you can never beat Team Fortress 2.

OT: The longest game that I played in one sitting was Grand Theft Auto: IV, I was doing it mostly because I wanted to prove to friend that it could be done in less than 20 hours. Nineteen Hours and Twenty Three minutes later I got up and had the longest bathroom break ever. Needless to say, but the look on his face was priceless.

The last game I beat was Dead Space 2. I think I cleared through in about 8ish hours in three sittings. That game felt pretty short to me really.

In what is my only speed run ever, I beat Metroid Fusion in just under an hour. I didn't collect everything or anything like that, just sped through it. I've beat that game a dozen times I'm sure.

The only game I've beaten in one sitting was Super Mario Bros 3, with my cousin.

Next best thing I did was beat Zelda OOT in like 6 hours total, with no deaths lol.

Was in a contest once. I beat Zelda, a Link to the Past in three hours and seven minutes.

Was beaten by a goth girl who beat it in three hours and two minutes...

I think I recall that I beat Starfox 64 on the alternate route in about an hour and ten minutes. Although it may have been two hours and ten minutes. Anyway, it wasn't very long. Although admittedly, I had played it a lot before, so I knew what was coming, which makes a lot of difference.
Pretty much this. I used to play that game so often that I had practically memorized the location of every enemy. It got to the point that only Expert mode posed any sort of challenge for me.

I managed to beat Heavy Rain in about 4-6 hours. speed run in about 3 if i pushed it. It's kinda like sitting through a movie so i really didn't know how long it took the first time.

Bioshock, all 1000G in under 12 hours.
Samurai Warrior 2 Empires, all 1000G in under a day (under 12 hours too most likely)
Oblivion Main Story, 2 hours. (most of the quest lines take me about 2-3 hours if Im just running through it)
