Fallout: New Vegas, Bioshock 2, Red Dead Redemption, God of War 3, and I would say Aliens vs Predator, but the shithouse that is our classification system has banned it.

Bioshock 2 - really hoping it lives up to the hype that I've built for it in my own mind. It probably won't. But that's my own fault.
Brink - ...not sure about this one. I'm not a fan of shooters. I'm also not a fan of Mirror's Edge. A game that blends the two is surely destined to be something I don't get on with. Buuuuut, what I've seen of it looks promising enough to make me give it a chance.
No More Heroes 2 - 'nuff said.
Sadness - a proper psychological survival horror for the Wii. That is, if it ever arrives. It's getting almost as many vaporware accusations as Duke Nukem Forever. Knowing my luck they'll announce a release date within days of me selling the Wii.
I Am Alive - post-apocalypic survival etc blah blah, this time in Chicago after an earthquake. The trailers have been out forever, in fact it's been in development since 2005, but got delayed by a change of developer - Ubisoft are now doing it in-house, which is a positive sign I suspect. It's currently touted for release in March but I'm not holding my breath.
Eh, that's probably it, apart from whatever Guitar Hero and Rock Band stuff they come out with over the course of the year... although they're getting a bit expensive and I don't care half as much as I used to so maybe I'll be more selective.
Diablo 3 in 2010? HAHAHAHAHAHA you don't know Blizzard. If they say "probably early 2011", it means "late 2012 if you're lucky, nerd!". But certainly not 2010.Telperion said:

To cut it VERY short; Fallout: New Vegas, Diablo III, God of War 3 and some others I can't remember at the moment xD
Bioshock 2! If nothing else that game. Others are Final Fantasy XIII, God of War 3 (gotta play the first two though), Brink (looks good, not that into FPS but it does look nice), Fallout: New Vegas, and The Last Guardian.... Kingdom Hearts 3 (I doubt it will come out in 2010 but whatever).
