E.Y.E is £1.70 Which I'm enjoying so far. Took a bit of figuring out but once I did it became really fun.
I've got it already

I also have these:
Wizorb, McPixel, Breath of Death VII & Cthulhu Saves the World, Ghost Master, Commandos (all), Postal, HL (Including OpFor and Blue Shift on Steam, I've played all others otherwise), HL2 (all), Oddworld (all), Disciples 2: Gallean's Return (never really played or was interested in the elves expansion, though), Beyond Divinity, Divine Divinity, Shatter, Space Pirates and Zombies, DEFCON, Darwinia, Miltiwinia, Uplink, Legacy of Kain (all), Thief (all), Orcs Must Die!, Postal 2, Psychonauts, Bindings of Isaac, Rochard.
Some are from Humble Bundles, others are on GOG, others still I have from before. And are all under £2. I may as well throw in a mini overview for the ones I have played. Because I'm bored. In increasing order of price:
Wizorb - it's a Breakout-style game. Didn't really grab my attention but it's cute. If you like Breakout and hove some spare change, it's not a bad deal, otherwise, meh.
McPixel - cute. Got it from a Humble Bundle. And I like it, I recommend dropping change on it - you are plunged into a scenario and have 20 seconds to disarm a bomb that is nearby. The actual gameplay is a lot like point and click adventure, as in you just click on stuff and probably click on other stuff to combine/interact with them. It's full of humour and each interaction is a mini-gag, so even failure is funny.
Breath of Death VII and Cthulhu Saves the World - both games are the same price but I'm listing them here together because you can get them both in a pack for the price of 1. There is no reason not to do that. Also, they both are pretty similar in gameplay. I really liked them, especially CStW - it's a retro-style RPG where you have a party and a map, random encounters and such. It's full of humour, too - the premise is that Cthulhu rises to destroy the world but his powers are taken from him, so he has to become a hero and save the world to reclaim them. Of course, you get to see Nyarlathotep, Azathot and others. And there are alternative game modes, with Cthulhu's Angels being my favourite, where you only control 4 female characters who work for the squdface. It's using the same basic story but still, it's changed in interesteing and, of course, funny ways. BoD is a lot more simplistic but I'd also recommend it. Well, if you can stomach the gameplay - if you don't like the screenshots, chances are you may not like the games. Though, to be honest, I didn't like the screenshots but loved them.
Ghost Master - I must recommend this game. It's super cheap so there is little excuse to not get it. Yes, even despite the fact you may not like it. The game itself offers interesting mechanics I feel need to be propagated, it's overall average and falls short in some regards but the concept and the ideas are sold. They need more exposure.
Commandos (all) - really good strategy/tactical games. You have a team of commandos each with unique features (say, one is strong enough to move heavy objects, another is a linguist and can listen to what the enemies are saying, or there could be a sniper in the team, etc) and you have to finish different missions with them. Heavily recommended if you're into these sort of games.
Postal - eh, din't play much of it. I started and got shot after I moved. That repeated several times and I quit the game. Dunno, others may have better view of it, I don't really have any. It's a bit dated, though. I'd recommend Postal 2.
HL - dunno if it needs me talking about it. I'll spare a few words though - I like the game. Still doing LAN parties with it to this day. Interestingly, to this day, there is still not a different multiplayer map than Crossfire. Opposing Force is a really good expansion, really recommended for both single and multiplayer. Blue Shift is sort of average. No multiplayer or new weapons or anything (it has different skins for weapons, though), and the campaign is really short (3-4 hours, I think) but overall it's cheap, so I'd still recommend it if you're interested in the single-player. Day of Defeat I've not played much, it's just multiplayer team based, I beleieve and set in WW2. Or something like that. Dunnoo, might be fun, I preferred other mods, to be honest. Deathmatch Classic is...well, it's more like Quake - really like Quake, and that's about it - it's fun for...deathmatch, but avoid otherwise. Ricochet is just a waste, if you ask me - overall it's a multiplayer deathmatch platformer with Tron-esque look. I assure you, that description makes it sound more awesome than it actually is. It's not bad it's boring - you can kill 5-10 minutes there playing with friend(s) but then it starts to get tedious. Team Fortress Classic is nice, it's definitely one of the better mods for HL...but there is no reaon to play that instead of TF2 which is better in all regards. Well, unless you're playing on a toaster and can't get Source to work, I suppose.
HL2 (all) - just get the Orange Box, if you're interested, I suppose. Which is more money but whatever. It's a shooter, what can I say? The episodes are worth picking up if you're want the game. This was advice for people who've lived under a rock.
Oddworld (all) - nice, though I've not played all. It's an interesting platformer...thingie. Cute games, too.
Disciples 2: Gallean's Return - really awesome game if you ever liked turn-based strategies, especially Heroes. That's not to say it's a clone of Heroes - far from it, it's its own thing, but the closest comparison is still Heroes. GR inclueds the base game and the two expansions (one for for the good and the other for the evil races) which expand on the story and are just awesome by themselves, too. Really great value there. As I said, I've never played the Elves expansion (which is standalone and a separate game than this), which adds a new neutral race of the elves and some more campaign. Dunno, always found the elves really meh.
Shatter - another Breakout-style game. This one I can recommend, I actually quite enjoyed playing it. It looks great and sounds great. If you want something to kill the time, it's probably the game for you.
Legacy of Kain (all) - now, each game is less than £2 but in total, they are about £4.50, and I wouldn't recommend getting just one of them. They are awesome, if you see me post for the first time - hi, I'm DoPo and I'm a LoK fan. Story is the strong point of the series, the gameplay ranges from above average to a bit below average. Soul Reaver 1 opens up the Soul Reaver arc, which is followed by SR2, and then finished in Defiance. There are two more games - Blood Omen 1, which is the start of the LoK franchise and BO2 which is...erm, mostly unrelated, at least to the SR arc. Sort of. It gets weird to explain, but point is, the SR arc is good, BO1 is dated but I'd still recommend it if you can find a copy (it's not on Steam, or even sold on PC, for that matter, though there is a PC version currently classed as abandonware. You can get a copy on PSN, though), BO2 is...erm of varying quality. It's also not on Steam but on GOG. And I'd actually recommend getting all the games off GOG.
Thief - 1 and 2 are under £2 (and 3 is just over). Well worth the money, if you ask me, Thief 2 is regarded as the high point of the series and I can't say I disagree. Thief 3 is...well, it's not too bad, if you ask me, I still enjoyed it, but probably not as good as the other two. I'd still recommend it.
Postal 2 - ah, yes. OK, do you like dark humour? Do you like beating people to death in GTA? If so, this is the game for you. There is a demo available, give it a go, but overall you play a sociopathic guy simply referred to as Postal Dude. And you have to do every day tasks, like going to get milk. Now, you
could do the right thing, like go get your paycheck, cash it in the bank, then go to the store and wait in a line to buy for the milk. Or you could rob the bank and/or the store. Do note that robbing the store results in the shopkeeper pulling a ficking rifle and starting to unload it in you. While you're assaulted by ninjas. Yeah, it's one of those games. You can also kick open a door, go and taser somebody, pour gasoline on them as they are twitching on the ground, and light them on fire. As well as loads of dark humour.
Psychonauts - go see the Zero punctuation. I agree with it.
Bindings of Isaac - awesome. It's a roguelike game which is satisfying enough in gameplay, but you can analyse it for the themes and the story it presents in very subtle ways. Quite cool.
Finally, this deserves a special mention
Sniper: Ghost Warrior - it's technically £2.03, so just above the £2 mark and really short over my £2.02 budget. At any rate, I wouldn't play this piece of shit if it was free and came with a case of beer. Well, OK, a case of beer would probably make it tolerable but nothing short of that. Don't be deceived by the name - you play neither a sniper, nor a ghost warrior, you play as a giant glowing target for the enemies who seem to have no issue hitting you at enormous distances with automatic weapons and despite cover or camouflage and so on. If you want a sniper game, go play Sniper Elite which is twice as much and a bit on the ugly side but it's probably the best sniping game I've played. Sniper Elite V2 came out recently-ish (as in, last year) and I've yet to play it but the first game is still cheaper.
