You play as Kyle Katarn, or Kyle's new student. The basic story is that Jaden Korr took the dark ending in Jedi Academy, and now you must take him down!

Can't be done. Jaden Korr is the protagonist of the novel Crosscurrent and it made the light side ending canon. Incidentally, he's a male human.

A new Insomniac style Spyro game, preferably by Insomniac, regardless of their wish to leave it to rot in the hands of incompetents.

Its the least the universe could do to make up for what they've done to the poor little purple guy.

Oh god, I nearly cried when I saw the plans for the latest one... *sigh* If only I could find the first three at reasonable prices. I used to own them all, they disappeared during the time of the Gamecube (I had a broken Playstation). Now that I have a PS2, I've been looking for them. And Legend Of Dragoon. And Croc. And Medieval. And Klonoa, but I found that on the Wii.
Anyway. I would love a well made sequel to any of the games above... Obviously Episode 3 would be lovely, but we know that'll be here eventually. Polished the hell out of.
Honestly, there isn't really a lot... Mount & Blade sequel is coming up... I suppose hopefully they will make another one in the vein of Warband. With medieval weaponry, made up races. Oh, and fucking co-op! COME ON, tactics would be awesome.

I'm sure that most people on the Escapist has had a game they've been looking forward to, only for it to be stuck in development hell, put in limbo or otherwise canceled. So, Escapist, what games do you demand to be made, regardless of the developers wish?

Mine: Beyond Good and Evil 2, Z.O.E 3 (MGS Rising can wait, I want my sequel Hideo), True Crime: Hong Kong (FUCK YOU ACTIVISION!) and Shenmue 3

I agree with you on Beyond Good and Evil 2, it was a fun and interesting game with a great protagonist and a major cliffhanger of an ending after the credits.
