Games so mad you just have to laugh

So I've just finished playing Assassin's Creed 2 for the first time and have managed to wake up everyone in the building with uncontrollable laughter! It's so awesomely, unashamedly batshit crazy!

So the last fight is a punch-up with the Pope, after which you meet a cyber god/woman from the past/future/different world who gives a message about the world possibly coming to the end because of the sun to the character you are playing as who is in turn 'playing' the character in this scene... and the last words the character says are 'What the fuck'...

Oh Ubisoft... just when I thought I couldn't love you more!

So, which games have made you laugh out loud with their total disregard for any type of logic in favour of good old-fashioned insanity? Now that I've finished the game I need a nice long list of mad titles to keep me happy.

And hey, what the hell, throw in some that have made you laugh because they're just plain bad.

Captcha: see red. Wrong thread. You want to try the off-topic forum...

Bayonetta was a good source of those moments!

In fact "Take the silliest, most absurd and over the top thing you can think of, and double it" is pretty much the whole premise of that game.

Battling on the face of a falling clocktower, or fighting a boss while riding a surf board, or riding a motorcycle up a rocket that's lifting off for outer space, or killing bosses by using her hair to create big monsters, all glorious moments of sillyness.

Just Cause 2. Because this is a thing you can do:
Note, the captions do not express my thoughts in this particular instance, I just thought this GIF was too good to pass up

I just started playing Diablo II to practice for Torchlight II. I got to Duriel about 2 days ago. I burst into laughter when I died. And then it happened 20 more times.

The last third of Indigo Prophecy went so bat-shit crazy, I had to laugh. The first two-thirds of it was amazing, but the ending was so stupid, all you can do is laugh it off, I guess.

Ever played No more heroes? Given it's insane on purpose.. But No more heroes 2.. I've laughed out loud so many times about that game xD Though I guess it does have to be your sense of humor.

...But, it made sense in context. And they had hinted at the whacked out elements in the end of the first game... Why does everyone find this so strange but just accepting the Force in Star Wars or just accepting giant alien space gods in Mass Effect? (Well expect for the fist fight... that was stupid and a cop out since they couldn't kill the guy due to his not dieing until later in history)

The Burnout series is about as insane as racing games get.

Twisted Metal is insane too, just not in a laugh-out-loud sort of way.

EDIT: Also, I just noticed your avatar. Skies FTW :D

the Myth games make me laugh a lot. For example when one of my dwarf warriors throws a bomb into a crowd of MY troops! I get angry but can't help but laugh because of their signature "Look out!". It's so damn funny XD

Looks pretty insane. Also looks like a PS2 title. It took me until Melinda Megamelons to realize that this game doesn't take itself very seriously.

Deadly Premonitions, The whole game is "WTF!?" funny. Just watch the unskippable episodes for it and then I want you to realize that the whole game is like that but worse, it makes me smile dementedly.

Borderlands 1. Not only does the entire game have a "why not?" attitude about it, but there is also a four-eyed mammoth that spits exploding pteradactyls at you. Plus, playing through the campaign with the hunter gives you the sense that your character is a sadist. Here us game makers, more sadists in games!!

The Burnout games are the only racing games that reliably make me laugh. When played locally with mates, they're just such a riot.

The game that's been making me laugh the most recently is Borderlands 2. I thought the first Borderlands was pretty hysterical, but they really pushed the boat out for the sequel.

Actually, to finish off your post, exactly what I was going to post: Shooting your lipstick as a substitute for a bullet. That was just flat out ridiculous afterwards.
