Games that are so overrated

There are games out there that very popular, has a large fanbase, merchadise, etc.
But in your opinion don't deserve that kind of popularity and exposure.
So what are those games?

Mine are Final Fantasy 7 and Call of Duty

GTA IV it is a great game and accomplishment, but there are so many things that are wrong with it that just drove into me. Read any game review site and they just go right past all the wrongs and write five page reviews about how wonderful the city is and how you can use a cell phone to do everything. Remember overrated does not mean bad.

Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. Bored the pants off of me, and I have a pretty high boredom threshold. For instance, I love Tetris.

I'll go for Oblivion too; the models are disgusting, the gameplay is terrible and roleplaying your character makes as much sense as pretending you're a cheese sandwich.

Oddly, there have been a few that I could normally name but they seem to have completely slipped my mind.

Although, I haven't actually played FFVII but considering how everyone says it's the most amazing thing ever I know it isn't going to be as good as I've heard it is. Which is probably why I'll never play it.
