This idea is good, if you replace Tracy Morgan with Bruce Campbell, and have Maurice Lemarche as Andrew Ryan (given his work as The Brain).

I would cast Rosie O'Donnell, Rosanne Barr and Oprah Winfrey as the Colossuses.

SotC would be a good movie, but the problem with the actors you're asking for is... I actually cared about the Colossi. Of course the story would probably somehow go over the audience's heads.

Now I always thought Jak 2 could make a good action flick. Not sure who to cast though.

After looking at the evidence from the past, I have the feeling that game movies only have the potential to be mediocre at best. Maybe people just aren't putting enough effort into videogame movies, but I don't see much promise in them.
