I think any RTS Game could be improved by being able to change to a Battlefront-esque FPS thing during Battles (If you wanted). Curse my wishful thinking.

Don't get me wrong, I'd pick a good RTS over a good FPS anyday, but I like COMBINING THINGS...

STALKER as a full blown survival horror, rather than an unenjoyable FPS experience with some limited survival horror elements.

TF2 would make a great RTS, especially if done in the style of Commandos.

Call of Juarezz as a proper RPG FPS, in the style of something like Oblivion or Fallout 3. Though isn't the Red Dead Redemption team already doing that?

FF games could work as movies. Ba-dum-tish! [http://instantrimshot.com/] I kid, I kid. I love them, I really do.

Also, I've always sort of wanted to see a first person Zelda. I know it wouldn't really work like third-person does, I've always just been curious.

The original Fallout games done in the style of Fallout 3 would be awesome. (Stat systems and weapons kept intact of course)

I was actually discussing that on /v/ the other day. Someone mentioned that it would be just too damn huge, no hardware could handle it.
True. I suppose you could pull an Oblivion and shrink the game world to a manageable size. (I think it's mentioned in Oblivion that walking to a certain quest-important statue actually takes three days rather than the twenty seconds it takes you in-game. There was obviously some downscaling going on there.)

I'd like to see some traditional JRPG-style games through a western RPG style, and vice versa! Like Fallout 3 or Oblivion built more like a JRPG, meanwhile take a JRPG, like say... Lost Odyssey, and give it the style of Oblivion or Fallout 3.

JRPGs and WRPGs are different enough to be their own genres, and I'd always wondered what they would look like reversed.

i think wc3 as a action/rpg.....kind of like wow but you feel stronger and have a way better combat system plus better graphics.

or star wars battle front as an rts would be cool, even though its awesome as it is
