What games left you SCREAMING for more, for both good and bad reasons. Did the story end on a cliff hanger with no real resolution, would you like to see more of it in better graphics, did it have too many bugs, or do you just want more?

Just for clarification…..games that have been announced to have sequels do not count.

Here is mine:

1. Legend of Dragoon (for all its gameplay faults, and painful level of anime-like
themes; I just loved it’s story and game concept)

2. Legacy of Kain: Defiance (If anyone has played this series…… they know what I mean)

3. Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne (not WoW!!!!!!! Warcraft 4 as an RTS)

4. Homeworld 2 (I don’t care what anyone says, it’s the best space strategy sim ever made)

5. Alien Vs. Predator 2 (the FPS not the terrible movie)

i have the agree with number 1,2 and 3 on that one, i love legend of the dragoon, i loved the battle system and most of the game, it was a very rich game in all areas for its time,

Legacy of Kain was good, and hard, i loved thewhole vampire theme, that game got me into the dark horror side of things

And a warcraft 4 would be the bomb i been playing number three frozen throne for a long time now, maybe after starcraft 2

Sequels that need to come sooner:
Wasteland II
Fallout 3 (no high hopes for)
Fallout MMPOG
Deus Ex 3
Sam and Max Season 3

Might actually happen:
Kotor III
X-Wing Vs. Tie Fighter 2
Psychonauts 2

Never going to happen:
Monkey Island 5
Loom 2
Grim Fandango 2
Wing Commander Privateer 2 (Stupid Privateer 2 and Freelancer)
Mechwarrior 5 (or Mercenaries 2)

I feel old.
You basically took the entire list right out of my mouth. I've been craving a new Loom for YEARS. Monkey Island 5 would be awesome, but after the abomination that was MI4, I'm a tad skeptical. Still, it would be nice to see the series go out on a high note.

Couple other games I want would be Crackdown 2, Portal 2 (it is coming, just not any time soon, especially knowing Valve's track record), Bioshock 2, and Descent 4. There are probably a couple more that I forgot, but that covers most of the bases I think...

Trap Gunner for the PS1. It had no story but the gameplay was addicting. And it had an announcer that puts the Halo announcer to shame. I don't care if they add a plot or not, the multiplayer was sex.

Games that need sequels? Oh, I've got a few:

1) Metal Arms: Glitch in the System. What the hell happened to this game, it was a great game with funny characters and it was completely forgotten apparently
2) Okami. Okay, so technically is doesn't need a sequel but I think most of us who have played it would like one, and the ending did leave the possibility of a sequel
3) Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. A very unique game, and actually a lot of fun to play, with these new systems out they could take the sanity effects through the roof.
4) Gotcha Force. Now this is a game that needs a sequel (but sadly it's most likely so unknown to most people that it won't get it) on the current gen systems, it was a great party game especially with 4 friends. Sure the story really sucked and sometimes the characters make me want to hit them, but the simple immensity of customizable battle forces, and the large amount of things to unlock make it a great game. All nintendo would need to do is ramp up the graphics a little, add even more borgs and give it online support so people could trade online (no online fights though, the fights are hectic enough without lag added to it).

I second Metal Arms and Gotcha Force. No reason not to have online though, as Mario Kart proves it can be done by Nintendo without problems. The only reason the game had so much slowdown is that it was badly programmed.

For any of you who actually like Gotcha Force, check out its board on GameFAQs. We've found a glitch that allows you to get any borg in the game (in theory) including G-Black and the Galactic Emperor, all without an Action Replay or similar cheat device. There's still a lot we don't know about it, so come join us if you feel like playing around with it.

Half-Life, amiright?

But seriously, I'd like a remake of Eternal Darkness. I never owned a Gamecube but played it at a friends house and thought it looked excellent. I'd like to have a version I can play if that makes sense.

#1. Advent Rising. I mean, come on, that game was epicly spectacular. At least, the PC version was. And it WAS going to be part of a trilogy.

#2. Clyde's Revenge/Hocus Pocus. ...yeah I bet nobody has heard of these. Think back to 1994 on the PC.

#3. Not Legend of the Dragoon. They could never go anywhere with it. Amazing game, yes, but a sequel would suck.

Actual #3. Jazz Jackrabbit. ...yeah.

The next Jet set radio, JSRF was one of the best games ive played in a while
Warcraft 4, cause i like RTS over MMOs (well i also like FPS,RPG and every other kind over it) cause WOW is too dull and i think the plot in Warcraft 3 was good.

No one has mentioned Shadow of a Collossus yet? Blasphemy!
Seconded. Although they can't make a true sequel, it would have to be a spiritual sequel.
