the REmake. I literally bought, played it, hated it, and then sold it at least 3 different times. Now it's one of my favorite games. Hitman as well. I started with hitman2: silet assassin, which is imo the hardest in the series, and hated it. Then i picked up hitman: contracts for like 4 bucks years later and now the hitman series is possibly my favorite in all of gamedom.

I walked away from my first Fear playthough a bit dissapointed but I played it a second time and loved it.

I forget exactly what bothered me that first time but I realized I had been ruining my experience of the game by not picking up some of the cooler weapons like the penetrator because I figured I would run out of ammo and would not be able to go back to pick up my old weapon so it's ammunition would be wasted.

1) you get so much ammunition the concern over wasting it is absurd

2) I got plenty of penetrator ammo the second time

KotOR, looking back I really can't say why it didn't do it for me the first time a tried it. Thank god I gave it a second chance. It did turn me into a Bioware fanboy, but I can live with that.

Morrowind. That's probably because I had just finished play Oblivion, thought everything was scaled to your level, ran out, and got myself killed. The next time I tried it, I had people to help me choose my character build and whatnot.
