Fighting games, they are the ultimate blood pumping excitement I get. Especially when I add in my own music, primarily Crow's Claw music. Got Guilty Gear XX2 Accent Core + (yea aint that a mouthful) and god damn is it fun and exciting. It may be my new unhealthy fighting game addiction after taking a break from Dissidia's insane combat. Nothing like a fast paced fighting game to get you in the zone. Reminds me of my Killer Instinct Days

Here's one that hasn't been said, Hitman Codename 47. Trust me once you go through a mission, doing everything perfectly, going to the final kill the adrenaline really sets in. But here it does more than any other Hitman or stealth game for that matter because if you fuck it up it's over and you have to start THE WHOLE MISSION ALL OVER AGAIN.

Barbie AHERM! I mean Borderlands

There is no feeling like killing 3 lvl 18 beast at lvl 14!

EDIT: I was in the last round of the arena.
Damn those Alpha.. dog-things
It's a MANLY game.

I thought MW2 would get my heart moving at faster pace, but not as much as TF2. Still does it for me.
I actually tried to play TF2 on Xbox 360 the other day.

I thought there were still some people playing it.
Ah, they probably all moved to pc.
They DID all move to PC, there's no question.

Just because they say it has better gameplay.

I find the PC controls to be very unimmersive.

The precision aiming is probably better, but when I want to turn 180 degrees, I either have to be playing Left 4 Dead, or I have to pick up my mouse and move it to the other side of my desk.
Just raise sensitivity, it'll turn you more with littler movement.
1.It still doesn't do donkey dick

2."littler" isn't a word.

Mario Kart.
Yeah. When you have to get at least Silver on 150cc Rainbow Road, it's very very hard not to choke and fly off the edge of the road.

That is, Mario Kart DS or earlier.
This. Especially at 150cc, nightmare getting past it. I sometimes fall off in 50cc!

Don't think a strategy game can make you like that? Try playing the ranked on that game vs an equally good opponent, it gets my blood pumping far more than any shooter's ever managed (and I LIKE shooters)

Mirror's Edge speedruns can get you going to do it all perfectly and get the best time.

Trackmania racing games put you through a lot of loop-dee-loops and stuff; easily gets you going on a good track.

Finally, Elite Beat Agents. Beating the last song on the game on just the SECOND-hardest difficulty takes a lot of guts. It makes you want to keep playing, even when you lose.

Yeah 150cc on Rainbow Road is a disaster, although i'm only seasoned at the N64 version. Is it just me or do you guys lean your bodies in the direction you want the car to go when you're playing an intense racing game ?

Not anymore but when it first came out Call of duty 1, I can't think of a ww2 game that had me so pumped while i was playing it. MW is good in all but just thinking about the tingling sensation as i blew through nazis was just so good.
Was gonna say this, one level specifically though. The one where you go in a french car, driving through enemy lines to get to an HQ. You drive full-speed, there's nazis everywhere shooting at you, halfway through a bloody tank shows up firing rounds, hitting the road and houses around you, you crash, find a new car, the tank returns but you escape in the nick of time. I was jumping up and down in my chair, almost screaming at the guy driving.
That might have been the most intense gaming moment I ever had.

It's probably been mentioned already, but I'll say Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was playing that last night with some cool people and it was pretty freakin' intense. Chasing those Final Smash powerups, avoiding the various environmental hazards, and all the other crazy things in between certainly got my heart going.

I never played 5 but I did play 4. When I first saw a Chainsaw Ganado I panicked and he sawed Leon's head off.

CS:S, not that often, but sometimes in a very tight spot. Otherwise it's sport games like NHL09 for example

When I'm having a good match in a Dragon Ball game, Viewtiful Joe, Sonic the Hedgehog, Fighting games, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. I could name more but I can't think of any.
