I'd say Ghosts n Goblins has aged fantastically. You wanna go back and remember how challenging games used to be before regenerating health and when defeating a boss actually felt like a success. Thats the game i go back to if i want to be tested as a gamer in this world of infinite continues and quicksaves.

The original Rayman. Still looks just as good today as it did all those years ago...

system shock2 (i never liked 1)
both thief games (there are only 2 lalalala)
although it's not really old i feel compelled to say tf2
Oh come now, Thief: Deadly Shadows while beyond doubt the weakest of the Thief series is still an excellent game. The narrative is solid, the gameplay is more or less unchanged, it's as atmospheric as ever, Garrett is still his lovably cynical self, and really the only thing holding the game back was the fact is was designed to fit on the Xbox and so sacrificed some mechanics (Rope arrows) as well as the massive maps that Thief 2 boasted. Pity, could have been so much better, but it still had its memorable moments such as the amazing Shalebridge Cradle level.

Overall a damned good game. Not as good as the first two, but far from 'it shall not be named' territory.

Homeworld I'd say. Still beautiful to look at and the story and atmosphere are still something.

The top-down Zelda games, particularly The Minish Cap. That's the thing about Zelda, though; the games did not lose or gain anything during the course of the transition from two dimensions to three. The same applies for the Metroid series. And the Prime games have aged wonderfully.

Tetris. No matter how much time goes, you can't deny that the satisfaction from finally getting one of those I-shaped blocks is greater than eating chocolate, having sex and taking a dump at the same time. I can't believe I just wrote that.
Have....have you experienced what you speak of? I mean uh...well...the logistics....
I have. It isn't the logistics that's the problem, it's making sure you don't mix up the chocolate and the... oh, wait, there's a topic here.

Given that the game is a decade old, I'd say that the graphics in Kingdom Hearts have aged almost shockingly well.

Also, Starcraft. Just Starcraft.

see, thats my problem, i did like the game but it was just not what a game with the name should be like.
i just keep pretending it was some game that just randomly got the same name, gameplay, setting and characters as the first two. I just can't stand weak sequels to my beloved franchises. (master of orion 3, anyone)

chess.

oh wait you mean video games.

well, most of my gamecube games are still in use today.

most zelda titles age very well. same with metroid (still play super metroid to this day).

on the non-nintendo front, well, your mileage may vary, but i think the orignal halo can still hold a candle to the newer ones. (i'm calling it, thats going to spark some comment on how "that makes sense 'cause they're all the same" or some other nonsense).

less flame-war inducing games such as crimson skys: high road to revenge and Mechassualt have aged well as well.

i'm rather young for a "gamer" so that's why i don't have many older titles under my belt.

oh yeah, and i've been playing kid icarus on the wii, not bad for a game that's older than i am.

Have you been spying on my sex life?!

OT: Tetris definately... I'd also suggest streets of rage, skies of arcadia and final fantasy 7
