Adventure Quest Worlds comes in second position, but the gap between the two of them is huge.

Dragon Age, by a long shot. Mass Effect is a close second, but I can blast my way through the levels pretty quickly. The former just has a huge world to explore and tons of quests to do.

When I played KOTOR I couldn't stop playing until I did both Dark and Light Side options.

It has to be Civ (any version as I have lost weeks to all of them) and Championship Manager 93/94 (before it got overly complicated). Collectively, they are responsible for more lost hours than all other games I have played put together!

Final Fantasy X-2 has 260 hours and 7 cycles on the clock.
Final Fantasy IX has two runs of 100+ hours.
Disgaea 2 has 140 hours.
Blue Dragon has 110 hours.
Disgaea 1 has 100 hours.
Lost Odyssey has 90 hours.

Yeah especially on the most recent one where I actually found out about EV training, and egg moves and what not.
