Far Cry 2 is my pick, two equally stupid alternate endings that you have to play twice to get. What's the point in alternate endings if they're esentially the same damn thing?
While it doesn't insult you directly, Earthworm Jim 2 insults almost every thread of your logic, even to the end, when the story-related characters (Jim, Psycrow, and Princess What's-her-name) turn into cows.
As for direct insults, almost every kill message in Unreal Championship 2 is insulting.

Also, monster hunter freedom unite. I was trying my hand at the jut-ku (THE FREAKIN KUT-KU I ASK!?) when it repeatedly takes me down, not giving me enough to time draw my weapon, heal, or even stop swearing. Then when it finally lets me up, I'm stunned. It's like it's trying to say "Look, we can stun you, even though most people would draw the line at not letting you up! Aren't we hilariously bastard-like?"

In rise of nations the "helpful Hints" but they were the most obvious things to any one with a brain.
The entire tutorial campaign of Fire Emblem 7. It's so insultingly easy even on hard mode and just tells you everything you already know (i.e. "Wil is an archer, so he uses bows" or some shit like that)

Any game that threatens to bust you down to a lower difficulty for repeatly dying. If I wanted it on that difficulty I would have set it from the get go!
Oh dear lord yes. CoD:World at War is especially annoying on Veteran. There are 4-5 grenades between you and anything else, and they expect you to get out of it somehow. I beat the 4 on Veteran with a lot less heartache than CoD:World at War. I eventually just gave up, because I didn't see the point in it anymore.MaxMees said:

The worst for me was Onimusha 2. I was playing it on Normal difficulty. After about 2 hours of playing, I died. Then this onscreen back and forth happened:
Onimusha 2: Would you like to try the game on Easy?
Me: No.
Onimusha 2: Are you SURE you don't want to try the game on Easy?
I kid you not. Apparently the game has no respect for someone who lasts only a few hours without dying.
