Every 3D Zelda game. Having larger numbers of enemies, tougher enemies and more pits and traps per room fails to compensate for the fact that each one takes off one QUARTER of a heart, half if you're unlucky. When you have attained more than 8 Hearts and/or medicine, everything in the game becomes a joke with the exception of the Bonus dungeons in Wind Waker and Twilight Princess.
I'd make a comparison that the average dungeon in the first Zelda had more Wizzrobes, Darknuts or other challenging foes in it than the entirety of the 3D games, but to be fair having that many of them in one room made it more tedious than challenging.
