And #1 is Oblivion when all the beggars snapped, flew up in the air and started killing each other. I have no idea why, but I had my character sit down and eat some popcorn while enjoying the action.

And #1 is Oblivion when all the beggars snapped, flew up in the air and started killing each other. I have no idea why, but I had my character sit down and eat some popcorn while enjoying the action.
Voodoo Vince always made me laugh but I'm finally getting around to playing Earthbound and it is actually the single most surreal and unsettling experience I've had in a while... In a good way.
*The Neverhood was hilarious in a very cartoony, whimsical way.
*Resident Evil's voice acting had me laughing a bunch.
"WHOAH, JUST LOOK AT THOSE MONSTERS"
*A friend and I have done legendarily funny things in Fallout 3 on our "Evil Bastard" run through.
*Both Portal games were genuinely funny.
*The old Build Engine FPS games had some funny parts
*Resident Evil's voice acting had me laughing a bunch.
"WHOAH, JUST LOOK AT THOSE MONSTERS"
*A friend and I have done legendarily funny things in Fallout 3 on our "Evil Bastard" run through.
*Both Portal games were genuinely funny.

The Neverhood was excellent for having a laugh, especially just trying to open the front door.
Grand Theft Horse when I called my horse to me but it got stuck in the train tracks and galloped on the spot, that made chuckle.
And then... A train came along and it literally exploded. I fell off my bed laughing at that.
Or tying someone up and carrying them up to high point, dropping them on the ground and watching slide down the slope (catching air sometimes)
I always chuckle when playing Sam & Max.
And finally, on Deus Ex: HR while sneaking around the police station I had everyone on high alert sneaking through the vents knocking out cops with my stun gun, the vents were stuffed with bodies.
Mind you any game can be funny, you just need to find that certain something.

Brutal Legends was pretty funny I thought. Too bad it wasn't a very good game...
EDIT: I just remebered possibly the funniest thing in any game ever.
In deus ex, when Walton Simons is visiting UNATCO. First do all the stuff around the place until he goes down to near the holding cells. Then shoot a gaurd until he starts shooting back. Run back to where Simons is and stand behind him, waiting for the gaurd to shoot him. Once he gets hit enough he'll pull out his plasma rifle and start shooting back. All the Gaurds in Unatco along with Joseph Manderley will come down and start a massive shootout with only one or two of them actually hostile to you.
This is brilliant for two reasons. 1) It's fucking hilarious, especially considering they're all invincible so they just keep fighting forever and 2) None of the gaurds are at their posts meaning you can just run around and pepper spray all the civillians with impunity.
It's even funnier when you leave and come back and everyone acts like it never happened.
Ah. You made your own fun back in those days.
