Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. That game was amazing. It's the best game I've ever played on the Wii, and I've played only about 3 or 4 games for Wii!
But it's not that the game was fun to play or in general amazing, it was the music. I distinctly remember during the theme that played in the field at night I got so relaxed that I felt like I needed to?erm?"evacuate my innards"?right there in the living room. It was a videogame laxative is what that music was. I loved it.

Definately two moments that got me in Bioshock... when you're in the doctor's labs area.

First one is a splicer lying on a trolley, pretty dead. You go to a cabinet thing next to it and rummage around (as you do), turn round, and it's lifted its head up, turned to face you and is pretty much grinning at you. I smacked that damn thing with the wrench for about five minutes for that...
The second one is the same region of Rapture, except when you do the rummaging all that fog happens, turn around and there's one right fucking behind you, just... standing there. I was more determined to kill every single thing I saw after those two.

Silent Hill 2 - I didn't finished it due to the eerie and creepy look and feel of the game, and the fact of having a 2X4 as your weapon of defense is very unnerving.
FEAR - Esp. with the 'hallucinations' or 'mind games' during certain parts and was a very creepy game.
RE4 - The Regenerators were scary as they were tough facing them for the first time.

The Mannequins were bad but it's the subway people that scare me every time. No matter how many times I play the game there's this one room that scares the shit out of me. It's got some raised platforms in the middle of it with storage tanks or something off to the side. And then 3 or 4 of the blue skinned deathly pale and skinny mutants come and attack me in the pitch black! I've never been legitimately scared by a game before, only jumpy but that one section literally gives me chills. I don't know why.Irridium said:
