Uh, off the top of my head that you can probably do really quick? D2 single player. Haven't done it in ages but I'm sure there's plenty of ways for you to easily become god mode still out there.

Elder Scrolls and Fallout always me feel like an all powerful deity that can't be stopped. It takes a bit of grinding though, but it's so worth it

Company of Heroes.
I always play Panzer Elite, and spec into Anti-Tank (heavy infantry).
It's amazing to get four-man Anti-tank squads, with double panzerschreks, squad leaders, and the dodge bullets perk.
Every tank dies in a storm of rockets. It's amazing.

Torchlight 1/2. (A bit too much, to the point where even playing on hard isn't challenging for the first hours.)
Mass Effect 3, playing as Vanguard. (Charge -> Nova is awesome and even if it doesn't kill in one hit it makes you feel powerful.)
Skyrim, some of the shouts. (Call dragon, storm call, bend will, cyclone.)
Most beat 'em up games really. (Brutal Legend, Bayonetta, DMC, etc)
Prototype 1/2. (It's almost like you're a god.)
Infamous 1/2. (Same as above.)

Well, you could say any game with a macho lead character makes you feel powerful. It's what those games are all about.

Try Space Marine. I felt really damn powerful in that game. Moreso than a lot of games.

Surprising how no one's mentioned Just Cause 2 before now. So yea. Just Cause 2. You have a grappling hook, infinite parachutes, an army after you, and 200 square miles of beautiful terrain to explore. You feel like a god when taking out military with helicopters raining down death from above and hundreds of soldiers parachuting in to dispatch you.
Captcha: plenty of time
Damn right Captcha, I've spent 105 hours playing in the sandbox, and I've only completed 3 missions. That's how good of a sandbox it is.

Prototype is the game that made me feel most like a superhuman made to "fuck shit up". Ridiculous powers, and lots of carnage :D

Want to feel like the most all powerful, super badass, indestuctable, one hit wonder machine in a fighting game? Download a huge character pack for MUGEN. Make sure it has Super Saiyan 4 Goku in it. Play as Super Saiyan 4 Goku. How broken can a fighting game character be? Well, as soon as the game says "Ready" you can move him, and every single blow he lands is a one shot. That means he one shots your enemies before the game even says "Fight!"

Real game though? For the PC? Hm... I'd honestly say, go play GTA or something, and just throw on all the cheat codes ever. Walking through the game with the most powerful weapons, and infinite life.

Sadly games that make you feel like an impossible fortress of a man are so few and far in between, because games like that don't provide any challenge to the players. Though, I will say that they do make for some mindless fun sometimes.

Oh, and Asura's wrath. Because Augus. Fucking Augus.

Gotta agree on that. That game really conveyed just how it feels to be a spacemarine! To be a giant, powerful, unstoppable force of a man!

Also, Front Mission Evolved. It feels really satisfying when you find wanzer and weapons of your choice. If you take sniper rifle, you maneuver around a battlefield making headshots here and there. If you take a club, or knuckles, you just slide right to the enemy face and obliterate him!

Well Disgaea does a pretty good job in that aspect. Particularly when playing as Laharl and Etna. Of course, any character has the potential to be an all powerful destructive badass in this game with enough time and commitment.

Bayonetta also does a good job with this. The boss fights in that game are friggen crazy.

Dynasty Warriors has a small showing on PC. It's a hack, and slash based on a book called "Romance of the three kingdoms" (not romance as in love story rather a historical book on one of the most war filled eras in China's history) where you move around a battlefield killing hundreds, and sometimes thousands of people en masse.
It usually has free modes, and such.

There's usually tactics in these games concerning taking key positions, and creating a supply line to the enemy main camp.

You're litterally a one man (or woman) army able to do some amazing things like call upon powerful attacks that harness the forces of nature, and there's practically no shortage of people to pick from as the rosters are huge.

There's some customization to be had, though it varies from game to game.
the customization includes a rideable bear, and a panda that fights at your side and occassionally heals you, and elephants you can ride on.
I'd say it's safe to say every version has progression of your character in it. You get stronger, and stronger as you go.

Also Koei, IMO makes some of the best soundtracks for their games.

Some end game gampelay for Dynasty Warriors 7.

A small taste of the maulings that you can bring. Ma Chao alternating betwene his default spear, and Zhou Tai's katana.

Here's a more proper trailer for Dynasty Warriors 7:

Dynasty Warriors has "empires" addons now and then that even let you be a ruler, and make your own character. I don't know if Dynasty Warriors 7 empires is going to be on pc or not, though.

Assassins Creed Brotherhood is brilliant but a walk in the park. Ezio is literally a one man army and it is virtually impossible to die in combat. Still love it though.
Just what I was going to post. Ezio is a one man army, WITH AN ARMY. Every time I get into a fight I have to decide, do I want to highhandedly slay every guard all by myself, or should I let my bros handle it?

To make it harder sometimes I try to take them all out with my bare hands, and by that I mean without taking their weapons either, just punching.

haha I used to love playing pong with enemy jedi and a rocket, even better was force push when they jump.
My fav was picking up enemy jobbers until they dropped their blasters, and then dropping them, alive and well, on an impassable ledge, so they'd be stuck there with their hands up like idiots.

Only PC? Okay... I use to play City of Heroes/Villains, for one. I've also done Champions Online and Swtor. (Swtor actually give me the feeling of power AND higher intellect because I play an assassin who tackles assignments too powerful for her by way of clever tactics and stealth.)

Let's see... Destroy All Humans has a PC port, though I did not play it on there. I'm counting it anyway, so there. This can also be said of other games I have for Playstation that have PC ports, like the MDK series, Final Fantasy 7, or Saints Row The Third.

I'm actually going to throw in the Empire of the Rising Sun from CNC: Red Alert 3, because they have giant robots, including the tri-bodied juggernaut called the Shogun Executioner. Working for George Takei is awesome.

Space Marine has been mentioned and does a great job making you feel badass. Orcs Must Die 2 is really really good and has you mowing down hundreds of orcs in short order. Arkham City is really good at this as well. Those are the best ones, though Saints Row the Third and Just Cause 2 do a good job from a slightly different angle and playing the first couple of levels of Jedi Knight using a cheat to give you full force powers is pretty damn fun. Nothing that exactly hits that spot I'm afraid though.
