Pschonauts needs a sequel/spiritual successor. Big time.
Agreed. Raz and Lily need to reconcile their relationship and her dad must be rescued.

Also I always felt that Ocarina of Time needed a sequel, or least a better ending than a gray still-shot of Link and Zelda staring at each other.

Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars
They're called paper mario, paper mario: the thousand year door, paper mario 3D, mario and luigi super star sagas 1, 2, and 3.

Yea...too bad they aren't sequels. Sequels generally mean that the medium is continuing the story in some way shape or form of the first one. Those aren't continuing that particular story. Mallow, Geno, and the various other people that were met on that journey were never heard from again. Just because it has Mario and is an RPG shouldn't make it a sequel to Legend of the Seven Stars.

Alpha Protocol

It had so much potential. Shame that it was received so poorly.

NO. Alpha Protocol is a steaming pile of shit. Sega refused to fund patched to make the game playable, and I think if the game can't be made by people who know what the hell they are doing, it shouldn't be made at all.

/endrant
The game did get a patch. I played it in January and it was bug-free. I didn't experience a third of the problems mentioned in reviews. It was a good game, with some bad parts (some of the "boss" fights) and a few terrible parts (mini-games, especially the decryption one).

Alpha Protocol was broken in so many ways that it's even sadder that it's so much more interesting than most other games on the market.

I'll second Enslaved, I also wouldn't mind seeing another SW:Battlefront game and a sequel for Eternal Darkness.
I don't want a sequel to enslaved persay but I would like to see some more stories within that world. Maybe set on another continent. I loved the Miyazaki-styled giant robots of death all over the place. (or at least it reminded of Nausicaa and Castle in the Sky)
Your right a direct sequel wouldn't work but another Pigsy prequel DLC (I loved Perfect 10) would be nice. Also I want sandy!

Quoted for truth. That ending really left a lot to be desired. And a super-high powered graphics engine would be amazing. Massive set pieces would look amazing.

Staw Wars Republic Commando!

or at least a remake, that game was awesome
HELL YEAH! they could just tell the story of another squad so people don't ***** about dragging it out, and so you dont have to fight jedi (that would suck Majorly)
I think jedi would make for crazy boss battles if done right.
They could even extend the series to the point that you're an Empire Commando and it'd still be awesome
yeah, but then i would remember the unfinished book series republic commando and will be saddened by remembering again that it will never be finished. (frigging clone wars canon changes!)

or maybe... the final level could be fighting through the jedi temple, and you have a number of npc allies, so the jedi have a hard time blocking all of your shots, and so they can absorb some of the blows (since a lightsaber would be a 1-3 hit kill reasonably), and then the final battle is against a master at the end of the temple.
that really could be epic. so i guess jedi battles aren't that bad after all!

Brutal Legend, just don't rush the last half this time... and more black metal...
aye, and more focused battles. the stage fights got a bit irksome towards the end. (by more focused i mean fewer, elite, guys going on a mission, not just a massive engagement. and maybe actually have a freaking massive engagement at some point)
because all i didn't like was i didn't get to have enough time to just futz around as myself and maybe one other char. it was all about the big armies and meh rts battles. (still pretty fun though)

I'm not a fan of sequels so much as titles taking place within the same world. I can't really think of anything off the top of my head. I am looking forward to Mass Effect 3, so I suppose I think Mass Effect 2 needs a sequel.
