Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast.

Use console commands to summon a billion stormtroopers, then enable realistic lightsaber physics(i.e. touching the blade can kill, and allowing dismemberments.) FUN.
Damn, that brings me back. I miss that game; time for me to do some digging.

For me it depends on what's frustrating. If I'm pissed at idiots on the road, then I definitely need some Burnout 3 or Revenge (definitely something with crash junctions) but if I'm just pissed at random d-bags, then I go with some GTA... preferably San Andreas.

If you can't find it, it's ten bucks on Steam. If you're not a Steam gamer, the OfficeMax I work at has JKII and Jedi Academy retail versions for 10 bucks each.

Gears of War 2, just start playing horde mode and let the bodies get sawed in half and heads explode.

Also, Dead Rising 2, because for me nothing is better than taping a sledgehammer to a fire axe and going to killing hordes of zombies.

Minecraft SSP on peaceful, try the "Floodland" seed, (caps sensitive, without brackets).

Fallout 3 (only one I have, maybe "Fallout New Vegas" too), as long as you are in a safe spot like megaton, unless you need to rAgE on some feral ghouls then go nuts.

Red Dead Redemption is AWESOME for bloodlustful killing sprees for epic stress relief.

"I paid for it" at http://www.onemorelevel.com/game/i_paid_for_it is great for HUGE stress relief when you don't have time to get into a more in-depth game. (you can literally spend just 2 mins or an hour playing it and leave it in 3 seconds.)

"Stealing the diamond" at http://onemorelevel.com/game/stealing_the_diamond is hilarious and will bring a smile to your face with it's hilarity!

(my Email is Poochuck@ymail.com if you would like to contact me, I don't check my Escapist mail very often)

Zoo Tycoon, Jus' sayin'.
I used to love trapping people with different animals... or putting random combinations together and see who survived... then i created a penguin that predated everything including the T-rexs... the good old days :)

Jak 3 on hero mode. I just go on a rampage. It's calming for me, speaking of which I might go play it now.

The first few levels of Flower
Before the shit hits the fan and evil metal spires come out of the ground

and any GTA besides 4 make good stress relief when you go on a rampage.

Saints Row 2... It makes you feel calm, while also relieve and sane because you're not playing GTAIV the most boring suck-fest of a sandbox game that ever existed.

Batman Arkham Asylum on hard mode. It's hard, but never to the point where you'll give up, and the victories against large groups are very satisfying.

Crackdown would probably be even better, since it probably doesn't run the risk of infuriating you as easily. Run around with the Firefly (Homing rocket launcher) and watch as gang members try to run away (if they're far enough). They usually never succeed. Then take their corpses and fling them at other gang members.

I don't think you're that messed up, but maybe you should try to stop letting yourself be angry, then needing to relieve it later. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

The Spacemarine demo on easy is good for stress relief... and joy as you decapitate some Orcs. Or just play some CoD games on recuit. Can't get anymore relaxing then walking and shooting. Or go listen to whale songs the game, but I prefer the options I have mentioned :p

I do have Steam but I don't re-buy games I already own.
I know it's around here somewhere.
Didn't get to look too hard, Nuketown dominated my gaming time this past weekend.
