Dino Crisis 2, left this big unanswered question that would have made a great sequel, and it never got touched. And if you ever played that abomination they called Dino Crisis 3, I am very sorry for your loss.
^ this. I want this game so bad it makes me weep at nighthermes200 said:How about Shenmue 2? Does that count?
I loved the Shenmue games. Damn you, SEGA!hermes200 said:How about Shenmue 2? Does that count?
The way the slave collar was set up was so that if she died, he died, thus forcing him to keep her alive.Gorfias said:Enlaved
This terrific game takes place in a post apocolyptic world that has moved past humanity. The world is grown over with vegetation. It looks very different than something like, say, Fallout 3.
Great characters and gameplay (though you wonder why Monkey never twists that girl's head off if he has an opportunity. He seems glad to be enslaved at points. And she did the enslaving.
Ends abruptly. Shoulda had a sequel.
Doesn't explain his enthusiasm:kailus13 said:The way the slave collar was set up was so that if she died, he died, thus forcing him to keep her alive.Gorfias said:Enlaved...

I was going to mention that. Too Human was set up to be a trilogy even I think and the premise sounds amazing. And then it bombed. And I mean BOMBED.Copper Zen said:I never played it but Too Human was an archetypal example of this. Yahtzee's review of it remains one of my favorite ZP's of all time.
I remember reading somewhere that when the company that made Too Human went down the game itself became 'illegal' to sell or something. So not only is it not going to get a sequel but the original game is being wiped out of existence.
Ouch! Even for a sucky game that's gotta hurt!

It had well developed characters but then it just ended on such a downer note and seeing as Ubisoft is just releasing Assassins Creed over and over again we'll probably never see another Prince of Persia game again or at least for a long time, I mean they have to reboot again eventually isn't that like the law of video games now or is that just movies?
A new Dark Cloud game would also be nice though that never really set itself up for a sequel.
Why did you remind of this? WHY?!hermes200 said:How about Shenmue 2? Does that count?
