Off the top of my head, these games need some sequels...

Age of Empires 3
Sim City 4
Command & Conquer 3 (4 was atrocious)
Timesplitters - Future Perfect

I know there are more, but that's all I have for now. :p

Normally I would have said Oblivion, Saints Row 2 and Hitman:Blood money. They're all getting sequels though and I'm looking forward to those.

We the people demand more Bruce Campbell

CURSE YOU GEORGE LUCAS!
This, this and more this! I've tried to get Battlefront 2 to work on my PC a few times but with no success it just won't accept it... it kills me on the inside. *sniff*

This probably won't happen, because I seem to be one of the 5 people who actually played it, but Alter Echo.

I wholeheartedly agree. I'd like to see a bit more "make your own Hunter and then kill zombies and monsters online" added to such a fun series.

I'd like to see a sequel for Phantom Dust, personally. I have a long list of ideas for a sequel but would have absolutely no idea how to program it. Anyone have a spare development studio sitting around?

Half-Life Opposing Force. I at least want to find out what the hell happened to Adrian Shepard after G-Man teleported him, even if he doesn't get an actual sequel of his own.

Landstalker.

Possibly one of my favorite platformer/adventure games on the Genesis back in the day. I'd actually love to see the game get either a sequel or a remake.

Princess Waltz. Seriously, they left some gigantic sequel hooks, and the game itself could even benefit from the tuning of experience.

Also, Soulbringer.

It did. It was meh.
Live and Reloaded was not a sequel; that was the same game with a facelift.

I'd like to ask for a proper part three for the Dungeon Keeper series. I've seen something calling itself the third installment and my blood is still boiling at the outrageous cash-grab. Someone needs to suffer for it.

I know Jade Empire's sequel will get here when Bioware is good and ready, probably after Mass Effect has been put to bed, so I won't ask for that.

But what I will ask for (and yes I'm dating myself but I can't help it) is a sequel to M.U.L.E. Yes, we have all manner of business sims and two-dimensional time management casual games, but I want a nice, deep, well-planned and well-executed Planet Irata with rich graphics, funky aliens, recalcitrant M.U.L.E.s made out of space garbage, and all the insane goodness that the original held.

EA, I'm talking to you. Tap Ozark Legacy on the shoulder and get to work. Use the Madden programmers. They're not doing anything useful.

Bioshock.

Perhaps a REAL sequel this time? Less of this big daddy horseshit?
I'm actually in the mind frame that Bioshock didn't need a direct sequel. Bioshock was a great stand alone game and at the end of the game I wasn't looking for more to it since i felt the story in Rapture was complete. Bioshock 2 should not have been made. However strangely enough i can't wait for Bioshock Infinite. It's a new setting and a new story and can't wait to see what they do with it.

Games that i really want another sequel to...

Jade Empire. It has to be my favorite Bioware game and was probably my favorite game on the original X-box.

Dreamscape: The Longest Journey. While this wasn't the best game I loved the story and they left the ending on a cliffhanger making me want more. Plus the first game in the series "The Longest Journey" is one of my favorite games.

Mirrors Edge. I really loved this game, However for the sequel I would like to see a change of setting and characters. The story for the original was one of the weak points of the game. I mean the setting was great but they could have been a lot more creative with the story they placed in it.

KoTOR 2. Yeah would love a KoTOR 3, really engaging story line and this series was easily one of the best SW games I've ever played. Granted I can't wait to play TOR but it's not the same as a direct sequel. Kinda like Warcraft 3 and WoW, great games but really at the end of the day I want Warcraft 4.

Warcraft 3. Already gave the answer for this one.

oh and HL2: Ep3 needs to come out already... or just announce that they aren't making that and just doing a HL3. would be happy either way.

I'm gonna give the troll response and say Mario. Only this time make it in 3d with a bonus pack of real hallucagenic mushrooms included in the pre-order. Oh, make Mario a space plumber/marine with Master Chief as the new Luigi.

Crimson Skies the High Road to Revenge. In there was the building blocks to a franchise that could have rivaled Halo and Call of Duty. Yes I know it's basically a "consolized" version of the original Crimson Skies on PC but honestly? Wouldn't you rather have a new Crimson Skies every year rather than another grey brown first person military shooter?

The potential things they could have done with the series is astounding. New more customizable planes. A persistent online war with the different US factions. Massive online zepplein vs zepplin matches where each team tries to destroy the opposing teams heavily armed battle zepplin. Cool stories set in an alternate 1920's reality where the US fractured into several independent countries. Wouldn't you rather be discussing how you destroyed the Dominion of Rhode Island's stronghold in Crimson Skies 4: Rise of the Ocean State rather than bitching about how they took all the humor out of Bad Company 2 and whatever nonsense was going on in Black Ops?

Instead the company that made the game decided to squander all that potential by making Shadow Run. And not cool SciFi High Fantasy rpg Shadow Run. No they made 60 dollar, online only, first person shooter, first game to use Games for Windows live Shadow Run.
