Prototype. Worst game i've ever spent money on. Im generally a pretty good judge for quality. Boy did I drop the ball with that game.
Thank you for that vid, I watched it all the way through. I probably laughed way more than I should have but that phantom ball and "see forever in the vent: bits cracked me up.Dango said:Doctor Who: Return to Earth.
And here is why.
That let's play is the only good thing that came out of that game.

Ugh.
I enjoyed Darksiders, it had an interesting unique plot (for me) and I enjoy a good hack and slash every now and againSteewpidZombie said:-Darksiders (My god...it was like playing a platformer/hack'n'slash that was the alcoholic induced miscarriage of some homeless game designer)
Ezio was such a better character then Altair, and yes I enjoy playing as Ezio for 3 games straight-Asassins Creed: Brotherhood/Revelations (One Ubisoft Dev: Okay...so let me get this straight...people have to play as Ezio...two more times...even though he is a boring and one-note character that has basically had his entire backstory summed up in the second AC...seriously?...we...we couldn't like...ya know...visit some OTHER ancestor...cause...there's like hundreds of years...and ancestors we could totally visit...no?...well...maybe people will enjoy playing as the same guy who is less cool then Altair for 3 games straight?)
Final Fantasy x, XII, and XIII were great games, that I spent many a fun hour playing-Every Final Fantasy After 7 (Why...just...why?)

Nah, the distributor just dumped the games in a land fill when they didn't sell and consequently became a bunch of worthless plastic.Biodeamon said:Drawn to life 2. And the E.T. I heard the developers buried their E.T. games in cement after they found out how shitty it was

You know what? Here's one, and I'll be bashing on old man nostalgia here: every single sonic game ever. You know why? Sonic is why. All the other characters in sonic games: fine, cool, great. If a character was made today in a video game that's personality was based off of market research, the entire game would be slammed and we would say it shouldn't have been made. Considering that's what sonic's character was back in the 90s, same rules.Evill_Bob said:E.T., and not even the newer Sonic games can be classified as a bad game. On that note Sonic fell from grace about the moment everything went 3D but the modern games still have entertainment value. They may not be the best games out there but if rummaging through a bargain bin and you find a Sonic game and have a weekend to kill you could do a lot worse.
What are you talking about? I can't figure it out considering your post doesn't make reference to anything related to this topic at allmors616 said:see the zero punctuation review, his complaints for that are what it took for me to relize what a bloated 'relase the same game but with a different name' company nintendo is if any one dissagrees then fuck you!!!!

Not gonna say that those games aren't for everyone, but I personally found that some of the ideas/implementations of content was just straight horrible in most cases. I.E. Darksiders having a very clunky platformer element, or Assassins Creed sticking with a single character when there is prolly TONS of other characters/time periods/locations that would've been fun to visit.
Heck, Darksiders could've done better with more focus to combat and some more elaborate moves. Assassins Creed could've even been in a Southern Trailerpark with a character named Jim'Bob Mc'gee who lives in a swamp and assassinates crocodiles, just ANYTHING that'd make the characters/world seem less like a re-hash of the previous. Anywho, I'll stop ranting and let ya get back to enjoying your day. XD
Oh and Final Fantasy 7.SteewpidZombie said:-Every Final Fantasy After 7 (Why...just...why?)
Obviously Wii pawns all of their asses, I mean the graphics are so much better and it had so many better games.witheringsanity said:wow. this is just one big hate factory of a thread, isn't it? i didn't bother reading past the first three posts after seeing 3 awesome games (super mario galaxy, diablo, and COD) being hated on (though i'm not sure how diablo is a "cash cow" game. my wifes been playing it for YEARS and hasn't paid a dime over the price of this disc?).
anyway, this thread should be locked. i highly doubt theres any real discussion to be had here, other than people dissing games and others defending them. why not start up a ps3 vs 360 vs wii thread while you're at it?
