[sub]note: that multiplayer includes co-op as well as PvP.[/sub]
I am going to start with Assassin's Creed. Although everything I have seen from Brotherhood looks good and might be fun, I just don't feel like the gameplay or concept really lends itself to being multiplayer. I am still going to pick it up but I hope they don't include multiplayer in AC3.
Next up: Mass Effect. I freaking love this franchise, and can't wait until ME3 is formally announced and we get to see stuff. I was very disappointed to hear the rumours of multiplayer in Mass Effect 3, I sincerely hope that they aren't true. Mass Effect is a game about the universe, the story and most importantly the characters. Also, although the gameplay came much closer to mainstream shooters in ME2, I still don't think the gameplay or the style of game is suited to multiplayer.
Every horror game, anytime ever. This is pretty self-explanatory. Things aren't anywhere near is scary when you aren' alone. Unfortunately, as Shamus Young mentioned [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/comics/stolen-pixels/7784-Stolen-Pixels-208-Nine-Bullets] AI isn't quite up to the task of conserving ammo, which is a necessity in horror games.
This is all I could think of at the mo. What else can you guys and gals think up?
