Games that would make awsome movies

Halo
prototype
Half Life
Bioshock
Gears of War

seriously they would be amazing, who wouldn't like to see a dude fighting a big daddie or seeing Alex running around flailing his black mesh around? or some Spartans mopping waves of elites up?

sooo anyway...what games do you think would make great films?

EDIT: Ok maybe i should say... what games could (if done really well) make a good movie =P so we avoid the none posts and the end thread posts =P

I'm not big on posting here, so this is my first post ever, I honestly only like to read these topics. But I work at the movie theater and have had very very long discussions on this topic, so I need to say something.
My answer is NONE!
Ok, that's a little dramatic, but just because it 'could' make an awesome movie, doesn't mean it will. My two favorite game series of all time, Half life and Prince of Persia. PoP is going to be a movie soon, and its probably going to suck, why, because no one knows how to make a good video game movie. I've seen almost all the ones made, and the only good part in any was in the Doom movie where it went first person, after that, it sucked just like all the rest. I think the only good movie game would be a game that has a really really crappy game play and great story...but that can't even do that well shown by the silent hill movie. I rest my case!

Professor Layton. Hell, the cutscenes in the game are already high-quality, and the games themselves have solid plots. It would work incredibly well as a movie. (Not to mention that a movie is being made in the PL universe.)

Funny that you say Halo. The Halo movie was scrapped for the movie District 9.

OT: I would have to go with Fallout, though "The Book of Eli" looks like it might make those dreams come true.
