Me personally, I'd like to see a full on Sonic the Hedgehog 4. Full on 2D platforming goodness. Hey, they did it with Mega Man 10, why not Sonic? Ditch the whole 3D environments go back to what made Sonic popular. Anyone whos worth their weight in game controllers, knows that Sonic 1, 2, and 3 on the Genesis were the (partly) whole reason the Genesis sold so well.
But I'm ranting again.
Any other ideas?

Hitman 5, word is, that rocksteady is going to develop it, but I hear so many things lately... I don't think it's going to happen.
Battlefield: Bad Company for PC, another thing I would love to have in my library.
Prototype 2; it's not impossible, but Activision doesn't seem to give much of a thought to it.
Blazing Angels 3, good lord, two games that did so good at mindless fun.

A Star Wars videogame that let's you play as General Grievous and find out some back-story to the E-vil cyborg as well as play through the Clone Wars from basically the end of Episode 2 to the duel with Obi-Wan in Episode 3...and yes including the TV series on Cartoon Network.

Brütal Legend 2...this time without the clumsy RTS elements, just a straight-up hack 'n' slash / character interaction (with Schafer dialogue, of course!) / exploration & puzzle solving adventure / driving game with even more great music.

Oh yeah, and another sequel to The Longest Journey with more excellent characterization and story...but one that sticks to the original adventure formula, not trying to cram in mediocrely-implemented fighting and stealth elements.
