A sandbox game where the sandbox is a through and through city. As in you can go into every single building, and do whatever you want. You could be a cat burglar or a murderer or whatever.

I'd much rather play a game where there's only one type of zombie, or maybe different levels of the infected that aren't all that different but have slightly different speed, strength, and skin but all in all aren't all that noticeable.
And there should be many more items to pick up and places to go. I want to zombie kill in a mall, a library, a park, an alley, the moon, an old castle, the Forbidden city, in random town939939, on a college campus, in a football stadium, on a boat, under water, everywhere. I want zombie corpse making brought to the great pyramids! On second thought, just put the zombie apocalypse setting in Las Vegas(perfectly mapped like it is IRL) and call it a day.
Another game to expand on the game mechanics of Eternal Darkness, A significantly improved and entirely serious remake of Nanosaur, Zone of the Enders 3 and something with a T-Rex that pilots an F-15.
A remake of FF7 where they do nothing except update the graphics. No changes to combat, story, dialogue or anything else. Just the graphics. If they remake it I am affriad they will be too tempted to change something and comepletely ruin it.
A good tactical space shooter/simuator where you can command giant cruisers and battle ships. Star Trek online might be this, but since I don't play MMOs I want a single player version.
Another crossover game similar to Kingdom Hearts but with different fandoms. A Star Trek / Star Wars game would be awesome.

I'd love for both Zone of the Enders 3, and Kingdom Hearts 3 to come out very soon, but from the sounds of it, they're both not coming out for a long long time.
Also... if the upcoming Legend of Zelda isn't a revolutionary "Zelda" that blows my mind, I'll give up hoping for any great innovations with that particular series.

I think this may be the third time that I have stated in these forums that I severely miss the feeling of accomplishment I had when I beat a game back in the day, due to how much of a struggle it was to get to those ending credits...
But alas, that struggle apparently doesn't sell well... So that day will never come again...
Prime example of my sadness of this aspect is... I just beat Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, and I wasn't left with any sort of feeling afterwords.. My girlfriend was really into this game (she wouldn't let me go a day without playing it for her because her and video game controls are like old people trying to text on cell phones) and she was left disappointed at how abruptly the game ended...
Seems like there's a trend going these days that the developers think they can just cut off their games at the part where it's finally starting to become a challenge... It happened with Uncharted, Both Assassins Creeds, Shattered Memories, and Cod4...
The game starts to finally get extremely interesting and the next thing I know.. The credits are rolling...
I play games on their hardest difficulty the first time through... Every time... So it's not that I'm playing a game through on easy and medium and decide to complain... The hardest difficulty feels like I'm playing on medium difficulty, and that truly bewilders me...
But other than that.. I just want to see a game made with the heart that Developers had back in the golden days where games were a challenge...

Unless its covered in The Old Republic MMO... a KotOR III that resolves things with Revan. Cos apparently he just like wandered off and became a Jedi God or something like that
