What the hell is Gladiator AD?

High Voltage Software's upcoming fighting game for the Wii. Using the Wii Remote, you swing your weapon in a gladitorial arena in hopes of being the victor. The team plans to involve a moral choice system for single player, as well as RPG elements. Here's a video for the game from E3 (seven months development time):

OT, I'm [i/]really really[/i] looking forward to Bayonetta but I've yet to see anything on it.

how the hell have you not seen anythign on bayonetta? ive seen nothing but gameplay videos, developer interviews and previews of the game EVERYWHERE in the last few months since it was announced?

in any case, for me it would be stalker: call of pyrpiat and mag (havent seen too much on it, some stuff here and there but its all been very few and far between).

I dont' know. I just haven't.

I don't watch a lot of TV and I just only heard about it back in E3 and haven't seen anything until today when I was at Gamestop.

Darksiders hasn't got that much press. I think it will be loads of fun

Yes I am looking forward to Darksiders. You get to play as War. How can that not be epic?

The sequel to PlanetSide. The most revolutionary game of this decade and the least appreciated. The only true MMOFPS to date, emphasis on TRUE. It's a real damn shame that this was SoE's baby and that they totally dropped the ball.

Hopefully the sequel doesn't meet the same feet but I'm not getting my hopes up.

There really should be an entire genre of MMOFPS games out by now but the next closest thing to PlanetSide- a game that was ready by the end of 2003; has been MAG on PS3. Absolutely shameful it took six years for another comparable title to debut. Even then MAG is a throwback compared to PlanetSide. No where near as large in scope or scale.

Perhaps the next generation of consoles will bring about the MMOFPS craze- closing on 10 years since they first saw the light of day. These games belong on a PC but no one is interested in doing them since they are unproven and PlanetSide had extremely poor subscriber retention and the PC has small market share these days.

God damn shame and I hate all the people in the games industry with no scrote.

Another one I forgot: Fable 3. It's surprising that Molyneux hasn't spoken about the game recently. I'm glad he's trying to keep quiet about the game for the most part, but come on, man! Give me a little something!
