A game about discovering and accepting your suppressed emotions while solving a murder case. Not to mention you're just an ordinary highschool kid doing normal highschool stuff.

Since racing games never seem to come up in these things i'd have to say any of the Burnout series. Seriously the controls, the look, the gameplay are all absolute perfection and the most fun you can have with a virtual car. Even though its always a good seller I always think it gets left out of its rightful place as king of the racing genre.

Peace Walker, but only if its played on the PSP. The HD re-release might have smoother controls but playing it on the handheld on the go is still a mind blowing testament to what can happen when a company embraces the strengths and weaknesses of a console rather than chopping corners.

Lastly Warcraft 3, or how to perfectly blend the RTS and RPG genres in a way that's never been matched since, and probably one of the peaks of both genres.
