I have a love/hate relationship with RTS games. I like the concept of them but a lot of them play out too fast for me and I get frustrated with them very quickly which is unusual for me. I just don't like focusesing on micro too much, I like to see the armies I've built up battle it out. I've had some fun with some of the slower burning ones like Sins of a Solar Empire and Evil Genius.

As far as games I enjoy playing but completely suck at:

Civilization 4 and Sim City 2000. So much complexity, I rely too much on default settings. I only win on easy difficulties and even then it's a struggle.

Games I don't really enjoy and completely suck at:

RTS games. Sometimes I enjoy playing the campaigns or fighting the computer with a team but any kind of competitive multiplayer just exposes my complete inability to simultaneously micro manage and multi task.

RTS games. I struggle even when set to easy. Other types, I'm good at until you bring in multiplayer, then I suck. The only thing I've played recently that I just can't seem to get the hang of is Chivalry. For some reason I just can't get the correct distance down and I wind up chopping the air while my opponent laughs at my ineptitude and decapitates me.

I would have to say stealth games, trying to play through Splinter Cell: Blacklist on single player and failing miserably although I must admit multiplayer is starting to grow on me on that game. Another stealthish game that I am terrible at would have to be hitman. Just don't seem to have the patience waiting for events to happen these days.
