An official Pokemon MMO. It would be absolutely amazing so long as Nintendo does not skimp on the execution of the whole thing and stops limiting people to just being trainers. If other classes were brought in -- breeders and the like -- this would end up being a possible WOW killer. Of course, no one at Nintendo ever mentioned such a thing, my friends and I outlined the whole gameplay yesterday, and it probably won't go any further than that ever. C'est le vie.
I think the problem is that Nintendo can't put it on the PC because they make their own hardware so it would have to go on the Wii or DS neither of which could handle an MMO so they'd have to come out with their own line of home computers which would be a lot of effort for one game.

OT: I was going to say Battlefront 3 but I appear to have been ninja'd several times, but yeah that. I'd love to have a current-gen battlefront I could play on the 360 and against real people. They'd better bring back the pre-set classes though that custom class shit in Renegade Squadron was bullshit, and they'd also better stop putting bots in online games that could get annoying because they were just easy kills for everyone.

Assassin's creed where you don't have to hold down a button to run (really, Ubisoft, it's 'push stick completely to run, halfway to walk' for a reason), with decent combat, in the future, with a portal gun, with Desmond retconned out of existence.

Alternatively, I could do with it being in feudal Japan, 1800s New York, Aztec/Mayan culture, turn-of-the century Russia, etc.

a new baldurs gate!
We kind of already have that, although it's set in Thedas rather than The Forgotten Realms.
I do, however, want current-gen remakes of Baldur's Gate 1 and 2(either with the old soundclips or the old actors reprising their roles) complete with updated graphics and gameplay (at least if released for console). I'd also like to see it run on 3.5 ed rules rather than 2nd ed, but then again, be careful what you wish for etc. So basically I want Neverwinter Nights 1/2 but with minsc and boo, I suppose you could say.

Also, I want ME 3 gawddamnit!

And maaaybe KOTOR 3.

I wonder what an eventual Team Fortress 3 would be like.

Assassin's Creed 3 sounds tempting as well. Wow, that's a lot of 3s..

Also, I want Dragon Age 2 ASAP.

I want a proper game based on D&D (although, I suppose Baldur's Gate, NWN and DDO qualify, but still).

And a game based on Exalted. And a non-sucky shadowrun game, preferably current-gen.

A game about vikings coming to Arabia (around year 1000).

The Force Unleashed: Good version. (Okay, that's mostly me being sarcastic)

A game where you play as the antagonist (I am very aware of Evil Genius)

Blackthorne 2 (an old SNES side scroller that was way cooler than anything Blizzard makes now), a new Double Dragon, a Red Faction game that doesn't suck, and a new (or remake of the original Blood Omen) Legacy of Kain game.

Borderlands 2.
And that new tomb raider thing.

And some new ones, less sequels.

I want a game set in space where you can fly a ship in the 3rd person that you've designed (to an extent) around a randomly generated universe doing stuff, just cruising about or fighting in a massive war. Where you could fly alone or part of a fleet AI or player. Where you stumbled on missions rather then them being given to you. The verse is yours to play with. Where you could also visit planets and run about them (again to an extent) You could be anything you wanted to, and you didn't have to pay a cost for it being online.

That would be my dream game, sadly I doubt it'll never happen.

(If at this point someone would like to point me in the direction of said dream game it would be greatly appreciated)

Star Wars Battlefront 3!

I'm still surprised that it fell off the radar.
I mean, the first Battlefront was the highest-selling Star Wars game of ALL TIME, and then Battlefront II BROKE that record a year later.

I know Pandemic went under, but there's gotta be a studio to get the ball rolling on Battlefront III. HD battlefront on PSN or XBL- awesome

Ok, someone up there said a Shadowrun game made by Bioware and I actually got aroused. I may know it won't happen, but it sure is nice to think about.

With that in mind, some new sequels to the other Bioware games could be great, a new Jade Empire would be amazing and as much as I'm looking forward to SWTOR a new stand alone KOTOR would be awesome.

A lot of my other thoughts have already been noted, Freelancer was a pretty amazing space game and still holds its own reasonably, though it could use an update. Dungeon Keeper was another game that I'd love to see more done with.

I also really wish there could be some sort of revival for Star Wars Galaxies as it was starting out before it was decided that it needed to be massively dumbed down over and over again(or it was felt that jedi should lose level of difficulty for entry because people wanted to play them, screw the consistency of the world.). A very neat class system, incredibly detailed crafting, interesting pets and even a reason go to the cantina and be social. Mmm. And yes, I know about the SWGEMU project, but a studio with dedicated programmers and actual access to the game could do amazing things to iron out the bugs, while a small group of individuals trying to do things in their free time are stuck spending years just trying to reverse engineer things to make things playable.

I'm not saying i didnt like New vegas.. it had its charms,
But could i get a real sequel to fallout 2, it's been like 12 years man! maybe you could just finally make Van buren ! and maybe, it wouldn't suck?

other than that;
Dungeon keeper 3

Vampire the masquerade

and a forgotten realms game that doesn't suck.... remember BaldursGate2???

Battlefront 3 seriously, do lucas arts not like money anymore?
at the time battlefront was the biggest selling star wars game ever, and
lucas arts just left ia dead in th water cus free radical kicked the bucket?

oh but its okay, cus they went on to make such gems as "fracture" and the incredibly stupid force unleased..... come to think of it; i dread what lucas arts would do to a new battlefront.

(oh, and of course another title in the fantastic hitman series!!!)
