Games You Enjoy But Are Bad At

I pretty much only play games I'm not particularly good at long term. The whole point is getting better and learning new systems
If I pick up everything too fast, I get bored
Currently enjoying the crap out of DMC4, Dustforce, Cloudbuilt and Reflex. I also recently picked up Street Fighter 4 and Blazblue

I hate it when games do that.

Or even worse when games ask if you want to skip the level.

I think it's the only way to choose easy in the original DMC, too. So, like, if you really wanted to play on Easy, you had to die several times. And if you just happened to die enough, they'd be all "lol, here's easy mode. n00b"

Fighting games. I like to play them from time to time but I am just no good at them at all, with exception of DBZ Budokai 3. I would probably add strategy games as well since I don't believe myself to be any good at them although I avoid playing them online so I don't know.

The World of Warriors, such a turnoff. I downloaded it initially because of the cute animation character, the gameplay is fun as well. But when you goes to, like level 3, you are forced to pay some real money so you can advance with this game. I mean, it's okay if it's a really good game, but I just don't feel like being forced to pay and play.

Maybe you can make it subtle, by making this whole thing a little bit more "your-call". I'm also playing other freemium games like Clash of Clans, Fantasy of Elements, and they are doing fine as long as this issue is concerned.

FTL - I've sunk almost 40 hours into the game and I can count the number of times I've finished it on one hand. On Easy. I tried Normal a long time ago and just threw my hands up in disgust. I suck at this game, but it's so damn great.
