Well S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games (all 3 of them) have been good and I just love the zone. Even though there's lots of flaws they're just so good. Probably has something to do with atmosphere and the mechanics of said games.

Also Baldur's Gate 1+2, Fallout 1+2, Jade Empire, Planescape Torment and Arcanum. Just because I can and because games will never get as good as these are.

 

[Onyx Oblivion]

Oblivion, Gunstar Heroes, Alan Wake (already made it into this list in just one day!), Legend of Mana, Saint's Row 2, Bayonetta, Grandia (1 + 2), Chrono Cross (never really cared for Trigger, to be honest), and Astro Boy: Omega Factor.

All of these games are my absolute favorites.

I got too many to list so I'll just randomly pick one and say Gears 2.

It was everything I loved in the first one but ten times better. Not to mention it had a great soundtrack.

I guess every game by VALV[sup]E[/sup]. I know that sounds (and is) fanboy-ish, but their games have fit everything I like in a game. They make what I love. Simple as that.
