Final Fantasy VII: the main bad guy doesn't change half-way through, then again at the end.
Is it worrying that I've only just realised the pattern of FF games changing the main bad guy every numerous times in the game?

I think FFIII had the same bad guy all the way through though...it's been a while since I've played it so I'm probably wrong.

Kefka was one other bad guy staying consistent, I suppose.

X-com, Yes I'm that old.

Buck Rogers: Countdown to Doomsday, Yes I really am that old.

Spyhunter, Atari 2600, Seriously old.

System Shock 2, I thought System Shock was good, but System Shock 2 blew my tiny mind, and scared the crap out of me at the same time. Nothing has had the same impact since.

Jagged Alliance 2, It's like X-com with attitude, and no aliens, but crepitus intead!

Final Fantasy 6 and 13 (Shut up! All of you!), Conkers Bad Fur Day and the Wind Waker.
I don't see why everyone hates Final Fantasy 13. They obviously didn't give it time to get into it.

For me:

.Oblivion
.Dragon Age Origins
.Final Fantasy 13
.Lost Odyssey
.Golden Sun
.The Darkness

I love fantasy. Hard to tell isn't it? My biggest gaming wishes at the moment are that they announce the next Elder Scrolls and/or Lost Odyssey at E3, and that they don't fuck up Golden Sun DS.

Half Life 2, never was I more compelled to play a game through from start to finish. Also Super Mario World.

I've got quite a few really.

Half-Life: Second FPS I ever played, after Doom II. Amazing.
Half-Life 2: Realistic characters, same awesome gameplay.
Beyond Good & Evil: Just fucking awesome
Legend of Dragoon: One of my favorite JRPG's to date, even if the voice acting made me die inside.
Final Fantasy X: Still my favorite Final Fantasy
Spyro: As far as I'm concerned, Spyro 1-3 are the only Spyro games to exist.
Crash Bandicoot: Also a great platformer
Crash Team Racing: Fuck Mario Kart, this is where it's at.
Mass Effect 1&2: The best Action/RPG I've ever played. Characters and story are crazy immersive.
Soul Reaver Trilogy: Some of the best voice acting and puzzles anywhere.
Arkham Asylum: Mark Hammil.
Dead Space: First horror game that I really got into
Republic Commando: Still one of the best FPS games ever.

Halo of course, I've only said that enough times. It was the first game that I ever wanted to play the whole way through rather than just play casually for a few hours or so and I enjoyed every minute.

Also on display is Bioshock and Mass Effect, the former for giving me a wonderfully fleshed out world and atmosphere to explore and the latter for having some of my favourite characters in gaming i.e Ashley, Wrex, Tali, Garrus, Liara and James Shepard.

My earliest would probably Shenmue on Dreamcast, along with Skies Of Arcadia.
Also on PS2 is of course Okami, FFX, GTA: Vice City.
