EDIT: Oh, I forgot my fastest finish. Super Punch-Out in 27 minutes. Never gets old.
Very, very nice. Did you ever manage to beat Bear Hugger in less than 17 seconds? I've come close, but I haven't managed it yet...

As for me, I can finish Ninja Gaiden in under 10 hours.
Not yet, although I can beat Gabby Jay in around 7 seconds. And my sister could do it in 5.

Originally took me days to beat it when it came out. Now I can get all 120 stars and defeat final Bowzer in only a couple hours.

Sonic and Knuckles (with Sonic 3 attached)
Combined, it took many hours to beat all the different campaigns and even longer to get all the chaos emeralds. Now I can do the whole Sonic campaign in less than 2 hours getting all the chaos emeralds by the second zone.

Yeah, I can speed run some games (which evade my mind at the moment) but since doing that kinda makes the game less than it is I try not to.

When I was better at it, I could run through Megaman X5 in one sitting. Can't have taken more than two hours, if even that.

The first time I played Metroid Fusion the completion time said 10 hours (I did a lot of running around just shooting things and doing fun stuff,) but now I can complete it in about 1 hour and 30 min. (Without skipping anything that's originally mandatory and/or using the - 1 hour trick.)

Well, I replay both Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 often, to see how fast I can complete them.

I think I've got 2 down to about 2-3 hours and 3 down to around 5, although that's obviously excluding cutscenes. I'm pretty sure I could complete Snake Eater faster if it wasn't for the boss battle against The End.
