Assassin's Creed was great, but the ending marks the first time a video game has ever actually caused me to uninstall it in protest. I was literally yelling "OH FUCK THAT" over and over and over again.

One time, when I was twelve, I was playing Pokemon diamond for the DS. Last boss of the elite four. I was down to my last Pokemon (A Luxray named Sparkplug) and his Lucario. We were both one hit away from being KOed, but I used quick attack knowing it always goes first. And you know what happens? I miss. I fucking miss! I didn't yell at it I just tightened my grip in rage. BAM!The bottom screen breaks. It ruined me whole week.

Motorstorm, every time last lap syndrome took hold and I ended up finishing 5th after being 1st the whole race, the word fury just doesn't seem to convey the apocolyptic anger at having to restart the whole damn race after just doing 5 laps of the bloody thing in some vehice class I HATE!!!!! I need to lie down.
Second to last floor on Soul Calibur IV, had to tape the controller to my hands to stop me throwing at the wall, several times being shouted at by parents to stop sounding like a psychotic rapist who'd just been stabbed in the bollocks as I screamed in rage.

Yeah SWAT 4 was really stupid on higher difficulties because it ruled in policy shootings as a negative you had to arrest everyone in order to get a high score which was stupid because the AI at random can just go berserk with no chance of surrendering which is the way it is meant to be but it causes it so you can't complete the mission because you put a round through their head. Not to mention some of the damn maps were way too damn big for one SWAT team to cover.Le_Lisra said:

So it is somewhat ironic that I see this thread on the same day i try and do the Ring of Blood (WoW players will understand) with a very poor internet connection. Needless to say I was swearing very loudly and smacked my desk caused a drawer handle to fall off and hit my toe which did not help.
My friend is terrible though when it comes to gaming. I do believe there are teeth marks on his mouse and his desk on which he keeps his xbox and TV is missing several drawers. He had to buy me a new copy of Assassins Creed as his xbox scratched mine when he kicked the desk.

Pretty much any of the Mario Karts (N64 especially), when one of the other characters pulls a dick move that screws you so bad you can't catch up to the top five no matter what you do (usually because you keep getting useless shit like the golden mushroom when you're on a course like Rainbow Road and can't use it without the huge risk of wiping out again).

Every game in which my death isn't completely my fault, but also partially the fault of lousy gamedesign (sucky camera, terrible controls, bugs). If my death or game-over in a game is completely my own fault, it doesn't frustrate me nearly as much as when it's also partially luck because of forementioned factors.
