Planescape: Torment. I'm at about 8 playthroughs, IIRC.

A few good playthroughs of Arcanum, as well. And I still have quite a few character concepts to try out there.

Devil May Cry 3 3-4 times from new games to finishing Dante Must Die mode. And the bosses are still challenging.

Portal, though that's partially due to watching other people playing it through.

Thief 1 and 2 a few times. They've still got unique gameplay, and the setting is very much worth it.

Final Fantasy Tactics for... I dunno exactly how many playthroughs.

Armored Core. 5000 missions. 99% of them aced to perfection. I also have every weapon I believe, I've beaten every enemy, and attained every possible ingame event.

Kingdom Hearts 2, Halo: Combat Evolved, Final Fantasy main series, Shadow of the Colossus, and that's all I can really think of right now.

Mass Effect. One of my favorite games of all time but I've definitely played it waaaaaay too much. Hell since I've found out more info on ME2 I've gone back and restarted several classes so I can get all possible choice opinions covered for ME2...

Bioshock I'd say I played it like 20 times by now. Still not old!
This.

Bioshock gave me wonderful amounts of different weaponry, so I went nuts in the customizing and creativity department. The camera is an almighty god against Big Daddies.

Awhile ago I was playing Oblivion so much it started to seem mundane.
Then I picked it up the other day, and it seemed like the fantasy world it is again.

So guess what I'll be doing instead of eating dinner tonight.

The original Half-Life and Half-Life Opposing Force I've played each over 10 times, mostly when I'm bored or feel the need for nostalgia.

NBA 2K7. It's the only sports game I own and it's by no means my favorite game, but I still find myself playing it all the time because it's simple, mindless fun.

I recently started playing Mass Effect again since I didn't get all the achievements yet. Until now, I did not notice how terrible the friendly AI is until I switched to Hardcore mode. It's like Bioware didn't think saving humanity was hard enough so they made you give your teammates a piggy-back ride through the whole campaign. :(

AS for over playing I think i've played Rachet and Clank Up your arsenel about 10 times. It got a bit mundane after reraching the starship Phoenix for the 11th time.

My little brother, no joke, has clocked over 4000 hours on Oblivion with the download packs (KotN and Shivering Isles and all the other little dungeons)

For some reason, this happens with Castlevania games. I just go crazy and play the crap out of them, and then I go for a couple of years with no desire to even look at them. Great series though.

I've also played GTA 3 and Vice City so much that I have no desire to play any others.

Morrowind and Oblivion (over 700 hours on the latter between all my characters) certainly qualify. As well, I've got a save on ESPN College Hoops 2K5 for the PS2 where I've manually played 735 games, 15-minute halves, none of them simulated, all with the same game save I set up in November of 2004 when the game came out. I've done similar things with most sports games I've owned, keeping one savegame from Day One of owning it.

As well, I've put ridiculous amounts of hours into The Sims 2 (and now that I've got Sims 3 I fully expect to overplay it over the next five years and eight expansion packs), played Rise of Nations to the point where a game is less a challenge of the AI and more a "beat my personal quickest-conquest/techrace time". My game collection is littered with more examples (mostly because I so rarely buy new games.)
