Got to around the part where i encountered a Liara who sounded like she was 40, and smoked.

Stopped playing.

Not sure if there connected.

Just Cause 2:

Not because I think it's bad, nono. I freaking love this game BUT the agency missions are too god damn hard!

You need to explore the island and fuck some shit up, this will raise your CHAOS meter and open up new missions and weapons, as I'm sure you know. But by traversing the island you can soften up each area before coming back with bigger weapons and finishing it.
I made the mistake of trying to 100% each area before moving on, and, as a consequence wasn't getting anywhere.

Half-life 2 Ep. 2. I just couldn't be bothered to fight the horde of annoying hunters and striders. Only ever finished one GTA game, Vice City, but made it to the third-to-last mission of San Andreas twice, only to give up 'cause I'd lost interest. STALKER: Clear Sky; I finished the first game with the "proper" ending, but Clear Sky just irked me, with the "Beat 200,000 bandits with your shitty pistol while on a timer and in a fopping swamp".

Other games: Prince of Persia: Sands of Time (my laptop on which I was playing it was stolen, and I never bothered to install it again), Neverwinter Nights 2 (bad gameplay, especially compared to NwN1) and Max Payne.

Prince of Persia...wateverthe last one was ıt was so unbelıvably annoyıng, boring, and just horrible....

Trust me, you didn't miss much.

I mannaged to choke this game down, but it was just terrible. Plus, the ending made me want to reach into my TV and slap the prince right across his stupid face.

Don't bother, the ending effectively destroyed the Star Wars story.
