My dream game. It's Age of Empries II breeded with Half-Life 2 and matched only by Lord of the Rings in epicness.

When I was younger, I've fantasies of such a game that would settle real-world conflicts......

Alas, it won't be in my lifetime---good thing the eternal hourglass of time is there.

There are plenty of games we know will never, ever come in our lifetimes, Games like Hitman 5 and Half Life 2: Episode 3.
I'll just start with Half Life 2: Episode 3...
Well you could be 80 for all we know...

I'm 17 and I will enjoy Hitman 5 and HL2:E3 for you, although I would like to play a virtual life game (like complete immersion with touch and everything), but I know that wont happen.

A Metal Gear Solid Game that actually contains more gameplay then BS cutscenes
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem 2 (especially since silicon knights said it was coming but then forgot about it)
Geist 2
New Legacy of Kain
Edge of Twilight (it had some awesome trailers released but now seems to be stuck in development hell

That is all I can think of for now

Uuhhhh....KKK Lynch Hero 5? That sound pretty unlikely to ever come out. And if it does, I don't want to be alive to see it.

With my luck, Perfect Dark 2.

I want a sequel dammit! ]X

I mean, Zero sold really well (being the 360's first game to sell over a million copies), Perfect Dark (both the 64 and XBLA versions) sold very well as well (the 64 version seen & held in regards as one of the best 64 games of all time, and redid & refined how console FPSs were done), the books were beyond excellent and the comic series was really good too. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT DAMMIT!

I know there have already been a lot of similar jokes, but, dammit, I will not be ninja'd.

A good Call of Duty game
ZING!

OT: I think perhaps a good star wars game (apart from kotor) that hasn't been an embarrassment to the franchise. Also an mmorpg that does everything right and becomes A GOD
Huh? What about Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy, and the Battlefront series? I thought those were excellent games.

OT: A Wheel of Time game based on the main characters. There was a game done ten years ago, but it was a prequel and did not have any of the main characters. I'd probably have a small series of strokes if they did make one, and it was good.

Fallout: Washington.
Apologies for not reading the sarcasm/irony but Fallout 3 was set in Washington no?
No sarcasm or irony at all. I was referring to the state. I would normally go off on someone making a comment like that, insulting their level of education and such, but I won't because you're probably in another country or something considering how late it is here in the US (at least where I'm at, here in WASHINGTON), and as such I don't expect you to know anything about the geography of any country but your own.
Apologies, and thanks for the lack of insults! I stand corrected. I admit my knowledge of US state locations is substandard. However, in this case I do know that Washington is located in the Northwest having carried out research on salmon and fish pass on the Columbia River. I would normally at this stage attempt to leave you slightly confused by saying that its lunchtime in Hampshire but I won't as its late where you are (by Hampshire I mean southern county in England).
I'm going to agree with you and your knowledge even though you were wrong us Hampshire brothers have to stand together.

Prototype 2 (there is SOOO much potential there)
There's a rumor there will be Prototype 2. However, as I said just rumors. With Radical there could be another one. All I know is they did some hired for a current IP they have so they're working on a sequel of something.

As for games I know I'll never see is TF3.

A Devil May Cry game in which you get to play as Sparda as he wages a one man (demon) war against all of hell for the sake of mankind.
Also, a version of Tales of Vesperia actually made to be released in America on the PS3. This is way more unlikely than "Devil May Cry 5: Sparda's War"; actually "DMC5: The Legend of Sparda" or "DMC5: The Demon Savior" sounds neater.

The Game I've always been wanting to play. A MMO that just drops you of somewhere and allows you to do anything at all. And makes dead significant. Fuck having all the cities already been built, let us build our own dam cities. Screw NPCS telling us what to do, yet us go on our own pillage and choice to either gather fellow players together to lead an army, or be a part of that army. Stuff like that, and preferable with a good replica of the laws of physics.
