Both have a lot of their own flaws. X-2 for over-sexualizing the main characters pointlessly. And Dirge of Cerberus for having a cliche plot and turning Yuffie from a badass, slight bufoon into a total useless buffoon, just because it was a Vincent game. I demand a Yuffie game in compensation.
But still, despite their flaws. Dirge of Cerberus being an unfinished product, with an at times, frustrating third person shooting mechanic. And Final Fantasy X-2, with it's own flaws. I was just happy to see Final Fantasy VII and it's cast again. Same with X-2. And I've played both several times.
