If you can't tell by my avatar, I'm a big fire emblem fan. These games don't get much love outside of a small cult following. In fact sales have been poor enough that the sequel to shadow dragon wasn't released outside of japan.
Haha, I know. Personally, I regard the voice acting the same way I regard the original Resident Evil's voice acting; I know it couldn't be more awful if it were performed by depressed rabbits, but it's actually so bad that it has some sort of endearing quality.James Ennever said:Plus a freaking dave gibbons comic at the start. the only downside is that the australian accents are just badDfskelleton said:I don't hear very much about Beneath a Steel Sky, which sucks, because it kicks ass.
It's like 1984 with quirkiness instead of bleakness.
It features:
*A sarcastic robot sidekick
*A jukebox that makes a bunch of weird sex jokes
*More Freudian Slips than you could ever desire
*A figure by the name of "Mr. Cool"
*Some of the catchiest music ever to be in a game
*Some of the most amusing characters in videogame history
*Art and some direction by Dave Gibbons
*Robert Foster is great

This. inFamous 2 is a fantastic game and should have been in more top 5 lists of 2011, but that's just my opinion. That and inFamous 1 never got their own time to shine.Shax said:inFAMOUS 2. It was overshadowed by the vastly inferior Duke Nukem: Forever at the time of its release, so I can see why it never really got its time to shine. I think Yahtzee's positive review of the game at least got it a bit more if the credit it deserves, IMO.
there was an expansion not long ago for that gamebafrali said:Spellforce 2: Shadow Wars. It is an old game but it is a fine mix of RPG and RTS but i feel like i was the only one with a copy of that game let alone the gold edition. It looks like even the its own developer forgot about it.
God bless you my good man. Perhaps there is hope after all.sonofliber said:there was an expansion not long ago for that gamebafrali said:Spellforce 2: Shadow Wars. I have seen the glory that is Robot Alchemic Drive. The extremely silly plot, the wonderfully bad voice acting, the fun and hardly controllable gameplay and the only game with proper weight behind their robots makes this a true gem among mecha games (which I almost universally dislike).Shaved Apple said:Robot Alchemic Drive and Fighting Force.
I'm so glad someone has actually heard of it.Senare said:I have seen the glory that is Robot Alchemic Drive. That might be because Metro 2033 is unintuitive, has terrible level design, unclear objectives, and overall comes off as slightly pretentious.Psychoninja7 said:Metro 2033. -snip-
