Modern Warfare 2. It contains too many cliffhangers and "oh shit" moments that it gets boring the second time.

EDIT: Wrongly written. It gets boring because you know the moments already and when the game experience relys so heavily on them, it gets very boring.

The first four Silent Hill games. Really loved them all, even the flawed 4th game. I don't think I could ever, ever, ever go back to them however. When I even think about being stuck back in Brookhaven when the world turns in 3 it sends shivers down my spine.

I've tried. Oh I've tried. The replay value almost sells me every time. But playing Silent Hill games is fucking stressful. Word.

Final fantasy X, altough I did play the hell out of it with 150+ hours but it's still only one playtrough.

Donkey Kong 64, It's like the other Rare designed scavenger hunt adventure action platforming games, but for some reason I could only bring myself to complete it once, despite playing through banjo-kazooie and banjo-tooie multiple times. Maybe it's the kong switching mechanic, I found that creative, but kind of tedious to switch out almost every time.

Bioshock, Assassin's Creed, and Half-Life 2. Whenever I beat them, I just felt like I had no need to play them again. I'd had the experience, you know?

Good point, but the part where
it's literally raining aircraft in DC because of an EMP
never gets old to me. That was probably my favorite mission in the game.

For the most part I don't replay any games, whether or not I loved it. I just recently decided to do MW2 on veteran and it was worthwhile but I haven't played the campaign since release so I had forgot everything. The "raining helicopters" as great, all the vehicle parts were awesome - I totally forgot about how the game ended with the whole driving a jeep into a moving plane, driving the Kodiak boat, and of course the very end with Shepard(sp?). I tried starting BioShock 2 over on easy after beating on hard to do some of the trophies (no deaths, perfect little sister defence) but I just can't do it yet. Too soon. Maybe in a couple months I'll go back. A game I think I'd like to beat again is Half Life 2 since I absolutely loved it, but I've not played it since beating however many years ago that was.

Also I just beat Heavy Rain last weekend and I'd sorta like to do it again to do things different, but again, just too soon I prefer to forget a lot of it before trying again.

all the games in the Ace Attorney series. They aren't worth playing when you know all the puzzle solutions, so all you can do is rave about them on forums and such.

For me its been bioshock and fallout three. They were both fun adventures and I loved them both the first time but I couldnt bring myself to replay them since they dont control or play as well as I would like. For fallout, vats got old, and for bioshock I was sick of shooting a skinny woman ten times before she'd die, that just got too annoying.

I will never, ever, ever touch a JRPG after beating it.

Those things are annoying as fuck to 100%, especially with optional bosses that are harder than the final boss of story.

The only one I replay is Legend of Mana. Because it's not annoying as fuck. It's pretty. The dialogue is well-written, if it is all text boxes.

Assassins Creed 2 is going that way, I finished it late last year and haven't touched it since. The idea that you remove a great aspect of the first game (replaying missions) is just lunacy to me.

Wolfenstein (last years effort), good simple shooter fun but not again.

AVP - because it was complete garbage, fun, but garbage.

I usually play games more than once, I just have a long time span before I want to play it again. The one I don't see myself replaying in the near future is Persona 3, even though I have replayed Persona 4 about 3 times now, and plan to replay it again when I am on easter break.

Darksiders, it was a great game and War was just an awesome character (come on, he had a massive sword, looked like a DK, has a flaming steed, could control time AND had a portal gun. Thats like, every epic thing put in a game since ever) but I dont think I'll ever play it a second time. It was worth the overdue fees to rent it and finish it though.
This. A thousand times this. I think it was mainly the grizzly amount of Portal puzzles near the end that made me shrink away from a second playthrough. But still that game was an experience.
