Tomba!, sure its a kiddy game, but not every game needs to be about killing Satan. Sometimes it just needs to be about killing...pigs

Wacky Wheels anyone? None of my friends have even heard of that. Also One Must Fall 2097, another one that only I know of.

Ooh, just thought of another one. Thanatos on the ZX Spectrum.

Edited to add details:

You play as a dragon, or more to the point, as someone who has been turned into a dragon. You then have to fly from left to right (although you can go right to left, but all that seems to yield is massively more dangerous monsters) fighting a variety of enemies (soldiers, giant spiders, sea serpents, giant bees, etc)using your fire breath or by picking them up by skimming over them with your claws open. Your goal was to fly to three castles, first to pick up a sorceress, then to pick up her spell book, then to drop her off at a cauldron to turn you back into a person again. Problem is, your fire breath ran out, so before you could burn down the gate to the second castle you would have to eat a witch to replenish your fire. Thing is, the witch was guarded by a knight, he killed you pretty quickly, and it was practically impossible to actually eat the witch. Thus I never got into the second castle. Loved it though, althought the sea serpents probably contributed to my fear of deep water after dark.

Here's the video of it:

It's harder than it looks.

Well... there are Robotech: Battlecry and Robotech: Invasion on the Xbox.
There were Robotech video games? Why was I not informed of this?!?!

OT: Far Cry 2 is one of those games where it seems that I am the only one who liked it.Sure the driving sucked major ass.But as far as the rest of the game was.It was magnificent.

Beyond good and evil.. can't believe no one I know played it.
I played it last year for the 1st time, still an amazing game. Makes me feel we might have lost something this generation.

Okami was exelent, showed us just how stale Zelda has become. Shake things up a bit nintendo!

Psychonaughts or however you spell it. Work of genuis.

No More Heroes 1 and 2. Drop me a save!

Mostly these games came out when people stopped caring about the said console (2005-2007) or where not bloodthirsty or convential enough for the Gears crowd to care. Its a shame becuase both Okami and Psy sold poorly and cruely will never get a [HEADING=1]proper sequel [/HEADING].
Umm, Okami is getting a sequel. http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/94374-Okami-Sequel-Okamiden-Confirmed

Yes on the DS, by different people. Clover closed.
and only for japan
The series creator had no interest in a sequel, and the DS is the best console for its gameplay. (Believe it or not, other developers can do game sequels/reboots well.)

What with all the clamouring for it, at least someone is providing.

And as far as the "only in Japan" part:

You sure about that?

This is news to me and thank you for this info youve no idea how happy this makes me
