I have plenty of those. Mostly RPGs.

Then again, I buy way more games than the average Escapist user.

Chrono Cross
Mass Effect 2 (Played the first one 3 times, though!)
KOTOR 1, 2
Fallout 3
Midnight Club: LA (That Audi R8 took me AGES to unlock via the R* Social Club)
Persona 4
Persona 3 Portable
Devil Survivor
Psychonauts
Sly Cooper 1, 2, 3
Jak 1
Ratchet & Clank 1, Tools of Destruction, Quest for Booty
Wild ARMs 3
Shadow of the Colossus
Final Fantasy 1-12 (I'm getting the PS3 version of 13 once it hits $20, and going for the Platinum trophy, so I can't count that in here.)
Bioshock 2
The Longest Journey

Edit: It's the incredible growing list!
"Worded" the topic title better.

Farcry, Runescape (YES), Fallout (the first two at least), Oddworld (any title)

I could just go on and on.

Ahh...Farcry. I couldn't finish it the first time, with it's crazy hyper sensitive AI.

Don't get me started on the invisies and the mutants. Good game though.

Splinter cell conviction.
Single player was fun but I wouldn't do it again. The split screen however was great.

Assassins Creed: Brotherhood.

Sometimes less is more with a game, not just chucking things in to beef the story up. Too many controls, Ezio controls awkwardly and I die too often. I'm still going to complete it though.

Of the top of my head Rachet and Clack tools of destruction and Bioshock1/2. I really enjoyed those games, but probably won't play them again.

I don't foresee myself replaying Bioshock 2 or any Professor Layton game (it's a bit silly to restart a puzzle game, as much as I enjoy the series).

Most RPG's, especially japanese ones. They are all great, but I'd rather play a new game than replay 80 hours of an old game again.

Dead Space - I love it buts its creepy as hell, I've been on the last level for ages, too creeped out to play it.

Operation Flashpoint 2 - I appreciate the amount of work done to make it BUTS ITS SO FUCKING DULL! I like it from a...critical point of view, buts its only fun to play on co-op but noone has the damn game anyway. Hopefully Red River will be more like the magnificence of the original.

Doom 3 - Loved it. So damn much. Didn't finish it and probably never will, harddrive died and I lost all savegames.

Fallout 3 - Really like it, but my computer sucks at running it even at low settings which is weird , therefore its really not cool to play.

God of war 3

I killed everything....why bother playing it again? :/ I'm not that much of a trophy whore.

Same. I like long RPGs, but I rarely revisit them. I've yet to replay an RPG that's over 30 or 40 hours.

I don't consider replaying things like Persona 3 an impossibility, since a lot of games have extra content you can only access with a New Game+ or hard choices with branching paths that would make me want to revisit them. I can also see myself wanting to refresh my memories of favorites eventually. But, I still feel like there's a lot of good games I haven't played, and it's hard to resist their pull to replay a huge timesink.

Play or Play through once?

because I enjoyed and finished Alpha Protocol, but I just can't see myself going back to play it again.

Bully, any Skate game (I'd pop it back in, but wouldn't start the campaign all over again), KotOR 1 (I liked the story, especially the twist, but I don't see myself playing it again). Probably the first Assassin's Creed, though I would consider playing the second again.

You'd be shocked.

Give it a year, and all the puzzles will be fresh and new.

I replay most RPGs. Heavy Rain, I discovered, I will never replay. I don't really want to follow alternate tracks, because I got the best ending on the first try. And the identity of the killer doesn't change. And while I love replaying for the story, the game is slow, and much of it is situationally exciting, which I can't reproduce on a second go.

Besides that, Torchlight. And any of the Splinter Cell games.

the first assassins creed. TOOK FOREVER to START the missions.
I did this so many times.

The fighting with many enemies seemed like a wonderful dance.
Really satisfying.

I always used the knife.
