Giving up on a game before beating it? Bullocks, I'm a manly man of true testosterone, and there's absolutely no way a game's going to get me to the point that I have to tap out and run out of my gaming room crying.

... That said, I'll probably never beat Comix Zone. Not all too sure why, just... can't beat it. And something inside me tells me it's rather embarrassing to have to binge play to beat a game made 14 years ago.

Farcy 2. Because it's boring and it takes thirty years to get anywhere, at which point you're told to go back.

Ya know, for as many hours as I've logged on it (Which may be more than any other game ever), I have never finished the main storyline in Oblivion.

Far cry 2 and fallout 3

in far cry 2`s case it was becuase it was just do dull ,then i got eternally stuck in a desert and collapsed every time i tried to get the map out ,at which point i tough fuck this even the shooting was dull (although watching an RPG round you just fired drop at your feet is both hilarious and terrifying)

in fallout 3`s case i got to the second set of moira`s quest (had to plant a something in a mireluk nest for some reason i got three quater s of the way there and just thought "why am i doing this?" and never touched it again ,conversely i loved oblivion but it`s a real marmite thing berthesda games ,you either love one or the other it seems

Errm lets see... Mercenaries 2, mirrors edge and skate 1. Not because they were hard, but because there was always something better for me to do.

C&C: Red Alert 2 was the first C&C game I didnt finish, and all of them since have also layed unfinished. Reason? Boring campaigns.
Same for me. I love the C&C series, played them all to death but Red Alert 2 just bored me. Hard to put my finger on why but it just did.

C&C Generals was my favourite one (at the time)

Far Cry 2. It was pretty entertaining, but area 2 was more of the same anyway, then more interesting games came along and I just abandoned it. Also Ninja Gaiden 2 after I saw the final boss, I was just like "fuck thaaaaaaaat" and never played it again.

Unless we're counting games that you lost interest in during the first 10 minutes of play... the only one I can think of is IWBTG. I'm pretty sure that's the point of that game, to find your breaking point.

Resident Evil 4, brilliant game up to the point where they started copying the same corridor endlessly down to even the same enemies. Apparently i was about half an hour away from completion, but i had better things to do than watch what i had first seen as a genuinely fun game turn shit before my very eyes.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, which was a shame, because it had a lot going for it, but the infamous Star Destroyer level is utterly, UTTERLY broken and is fucking impossible on a Xbox 360 controller. The game developers should be ashamed of themselves.
odd cuz i past the game on the hardest difficultly :p
anywho i cant remember a game i havent finished. if i start something i have to finish it...im anal that way :/

Halo - after chasing that stupid computer through the same hallways fighting the same enemies for an hour, I quit and never played again...

There are other games I haven't finished, but didn't give up on... yet...
There's a reason that's the least liked level in the Trilogy. Also, Sonic Unleashed.
Yeah... and the sad thing is that I could sit around in the same room in a cave in Final Fantasy VII for about 5-7 hours killing enemies to get limit breaks, but I couldn't get through that Halo level...
