100%? Unless getting all the achievements on a game counts as 100% then none. I've never done everything on a single game. I've never found a game where completing all the side quests etc. were compelling enough to completely finish.

I don't know about you but I can't stand any games I haven't finished. So to have an unfinished game in my library it's just torture.

So yes in my lifetime I have completed every game I put my hands on.

Though there was one time I gave up on Pirates of the Caribbean because the boss fight was ridiculous, not that he has instant kill attack moves, but after 1000000000 attacks his health bar only dropped to 99%. So yeah I gave up and after how long I looked at my PS2 library and saw that I didn't complete it, I popped the disc and beat him. In the end I did finish the game and didn't bother to revisit levels to find treasure map pieces.

I'm surprised that ALOT of people didn't finish their games.

Recently gave up on Kindoms of Amalur.

It's not a bad game exactly, just... utterly unstimulating.

Shame, the setting had some potential. Somewhere.
I guess it doesn't get any better? That game is sitting on the backburner for me. It started out so promising and then it rapidly became bland and uninteresting when I realized nothing was at stake, the combat was so easy I could just mash attack, and nothing mattered at all.
On topic: I am pretty good about finishing games but of more recent titles, I still haven't finished Skyrim, Amalur, Missing Link for Deus Ex: HR. Those are just some decent games I haven't finished, I've played a lot of terrible ones I never finished like Crysis 2 and Duke Nukem Forever.
I have a few weird flukes too like Bad Company 2, which I have 200 hours in, but have never even finished single beyond like 3 stages.

Too damn many to list here. Seriously, I am terrible with the "focus on one game at a time" thing.

Some of the numerous games that I have quit and I can remember:

Final Fantasy VIII: Stuck at the very last boss fight with Ultimecia.

Tomb Raider III: I have tried it a hundred times, but I always run out of crystal saves in the Nevada levels. Too damn difficult game with difficult jumps.

Resident Evil Remake: Hard as hell, with the zombies that revived after a few hours and were twice as hostile than before. I tried it twice then I decided to play the original game instead.

Final Fantasy XII: I was at 2/3 of the game, but I was so fed up with the unreasonable battle system, the confusing, pseudo-epic story and the androgyny characters that I quit.

Eternal Sonata: The cure for isomnia. Well..I got cured!!

Apache Air Assault. All were going fine in this very enjoyable helicopter sim, until the notorious Water Sharks mission, which is simply impossible for an average gamer.

No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise: I was trying to be patient with this annoying game but after the fourth assasination mission, I got totally sick of its immature style, the primitive graphics, the nervous controls and the environment glitches, you know, those that you get stuck into, and have to reset the game.

Skyward Sword. I tried Twilight Princess again just for comparison, and I never swapped back. I really need to stick Alan Wake out longer.

Deus Ex -- PC almost can't run it at all
Is your computer a stone with an Ethernet cable plugged in the back?

So many!

Ocarina of Time - Ran out of Deku Seeds in the second spiritual stone cave.
A LARGE amount of my PS2 collection.
Oblivion
Skyrim
Dragon Age: Origin
Mass Effect
Half-Life 1 and 2 and their expansions
Left 4 Dead 2
Skyward Sword.

Rather a bit of catching up to do.

I got a small amount oof unfinished games on my Backlog... Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, ICO and Final Fantasy 7 probably being the worst (not worst as in "the game is bad", but worst as in "should have finished it aaaaages ago").

I just don't have the motivation to finish the games, because I got other games I want to play instead and I have limited time to spend... If I only had some time-manipulation device or something...

Not counting the endless list of Pre-PS2 games that I played, but never finished (mostly due to being just a kid and had to borrow from friends, and never could finish in time.), my list of more recent ones includes.

Pokemon White: Got distracted by Dragon Quest V
Dragon Quest V: Got distracted by Rune Factory 2
Rune Factory 2: Got distracted by Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker
Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker: Got distracted by Disgaea 4.

^^; As you can see, I have a pretty bad habit of 'Oh that game looks interesting! *Buys*'
Right now I'm balancing between Disgaea 4 and Skyrim. ^^

Gears of War - played it for an hour, maybe hour and a half. It was so tedious and boring that I just had to throw it away and never return to it.

Manhunt 2 - hilarious executions aside, pretty boring. I didn't feel compelled to play it any more after a few hours...

There's probably more, but I can't remember anything else worth mentioning. I tend to finish most of my games, just so I can get the whole picture and judge them fairly.

Probably quite a few if I sat down and thought about it.

Final Fantasy XII would be the best example for me as I've twice got nearly all the way through and twice not finished it. It simply is a poor game and I really wanted to finish it both times just for the sake of finishing all Final Fantasy games from FFV upwards.

Oh Gears of War would be another, was so bad I couldn't bare to play any more, how the game got two sequels is beyond my understanding.

Just to break up the negativity of mentioning games I didn't finish because I didn't like them I'll also mention Dark Souls. I really liked everything about Dark Souls, but I just didn't have the skill to finish it. Maybe one day I'll go back to it.

Metal Gear Solid 4. I sucked up the ludicrously long install time. I sucked up the completely dumb story and characters. Then I got to that part in the very early game where that guy and his monkey devote 20 minutes to teaching you how to buy stuff in the most excruciatingly long way the developers could think of. I got halfway through it before I got sick of it and just skipped the scene, only to find out that at the end of this cutscene was a relatively major revelation which I'd just missed.

At that point I took the disc out of my PS3 and it's never gone back in.

Mirrors Edge- Fall of something, loading screen, fall of something, loading screen, fall off something, loading screen. I love watching game play footage of it though, but I do not have the patience for it.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 - Didn't even make it past the loading screen.

Prince of Persia: Two Thrones - Might one day, but got the Trilogy and played the first two consecutively so I was POP'd out and the games to get progressively worse.

I never finished Metroid Prime 3, for some reason. I actually did the same with Prime 2: I stopped playing it for about five years then came back to it and beat it, but Corruption remains incomplete. I don't know why though, I really enjoyed it and was very close to the end. I think I got pissed off looking for the last energy cell or something.

Also, Pokémons FireRed; HeartGold; White. I have never been good with the Pokémon League and with an increase in time I have only gotten worse.

The Illusion of Time on the SNES.

The ratio of 'desire to continue' vs. 'confusion about HOW to continue' was unfavourable.

Never really took to it, but then again I was a highly sensitive child who was genuinely scared by the ghost world of Mario 64.

Mass Effect 1 - It was a while ago so I'm not sure why, but now I feel like finishing it. I'm probably not going to bother.

Fallout 3 - Bethesda games as a whole tend to put me off because of their movement and controls. One of few reasons I haven't touched Skyrim. Mass Effect has given me similar nuisances but it interested me enough to stay with them (and the first for the most part). I never got far into this so that may be why I haven't touched it. I might start playing this soon.

Final Fantasy XIII - I got about 20 hours in (to where it actually becomes more like the FF series), however I know from experience the area I'm up to WILL require several hours of grinding. As this game isn't as stimulating as the others have been, I have not touched it since.

Probably more games, but these the the biggest/most recent 3.

Two spring to mind but i've probably not finished more.

Vanquish - there was just other games i was more interested in, and the main character's voice got on my nerves.

Resident Evil: Code Veronica X - tried multiple times but something always fucked up, on example is that the prison island and the antartic section had seperate deposit boxes so when i left the fire extinguisher in the prison's box and needed it almost immediatly when i arrived in the antartic i was stuck without any option other then to restart the whole game again. then there was the lack of ammo/herbs that whittled me down.

I stoped not finishin my games 2 years ago , so my list of unfinished games are quite short ( not counting the games i haven't even started). It's been two years that i decided to revisite ever game i haven't finished and replay them to the end , no matter what .

This is the list i failed to keep my promis to .

L.A Noire , got to arson then just couldn't do it anymore
Metroid other M, need i say more?
Resonance of fate, for some reason i can't get the hang of combat , i will come backto this game though.
Agrest war :zero, so boring , but i will go back
FFXIII-2, fuck you moogle.
Silent hill 2, so scary , but i will finish it eventually .

That is all , but considering i played about 100 games in the last 2 years start to finish , it's not that bad a track record.
