- Counter-Strike (any iteration since 0.6 beta really, I haven't played it for ages though...)
- XCOM and Jagged Alliance games (old and new, expansions and mods)
- Minecraft
- Left 4 Dead
- Rainbow 6: Vegas 2
- Assetto Corsa (if anything just for modded cars/tracks, and drifting)
- Streets of Rage 1-3, remake, and other arcadey beat-em-ups emulated
Oh maaaan Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 was a truly fun game. I haven't played it in so long but it'll always be a fond memory.

OT:For the games I never really get tired of playing...
-Oblivion (Elder Scrolls)
-Mass Effect 2 (I am probably one of those 3 people that played the game 49 times)
-LoZ: Windwaker (It'll probably always hold up and his facial expressions are great)
-KotOR
-Age of Mythology

A friend introduced me to osu! the February before last and I think there's only been like two days since then that I've not played the game.
Heading towards two years of daily play and I still enjoy it just as much as when I started. Yeah, osu!'s good. I enjoy it. Even if I'm never sure what to do with the exclamation mark in the title when typing it in a sentence.

Admittedly there are a lot of days where I don't play for very long. Sure I'll have stints where I'll play for like two hours because I know I can do a song just a little better if I gave it just one more go, but a lot of the time I'll just use it to kill a minute or two if I'm waiting for another game to load or for the kettle to boil or something.
But still, a rhythm game constantly adding new songs that will probably continue to add new songs as long as anime openings keep being produced is something I don't see myself getting bored of for an awful long time.

Minecraft

I've got a world that I go back to when I can't think of anything else to play or I happen to think of a clever way to add to my world. This usually lasts for a week or two and I'll get distracted or run out of ideas. It's actually getting pretty impressive.

Mine's mostly Skyrim, although Shadow of Mordor is climbing up to that spot quickly. There's nothing quite like slaughtering an entire Uruk stronghold after a hard day at work. :D

For the same reason, I keep a few Radiant quests in my log in Skyrim, and clean them out with my eyes practically closed. Zoning out while sneaking around someone's house is a pretty interesting experience.

I always come back to TF2, play it for a few hours then put it down again. Rinse and repeat once or twice a month. I don't really enjoy it as much as I used to, yet it always pulls me back for some reason.

Animal Crossing. It doesn't matter which one or how long it has been since I last picked it up, I can always play it no matter my mood. I find I either play for 10 minutes or 10 hours per play session though.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is my favorite game and I like to play through the main quest Shivering Isles and the Dark Brotherhood at least once a year.

Borderlands 2:
Playing on OP8 gives it a nice difficulty, UVHM can be reset if you want, every character has a ton of diffirent builds to try.

Carmageddon:
Best played when not at end game, so I catch myself more often than not that I start from scratch once again. 2 Diffirent drivers which change gameplay somewhat (though the game is balanced towards Die Anna on higher difficulties).

there are alot more, but these 2 are getting the most mileage from me.

Multiplayer - Chivalry Medieval Warfare.

I have 900 hours into it and play on a competitive team. It's a flawed but extremely deep fun game. Comp scene is really damn small though.

Single Player - Any game in the Soul's series. Especially Dark Souls 1.

Dark Souls 1 is mine. I always have a playthrough of that game going at any one time. I might not be playing it every day but I always come back to it.

Borderlands 2. It's on sale multiple times a year, and when another buddy buys it, everyone starts to play again.

-Cream of the crop Gen 4 & Gen 5 JRPGs like Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy IX are easy to go back to. I'm sure there's nostalgia involved, but regardless, I could start playing anyone of those right now and love it dearly. I once had a ritual of playing Chrono Trigger once a year every year that I kept up for most of high school and college.

-Civ Revolution. I can pop this into my PS3 and sink 4-6 hours going through a game of this anytime. It never gets old.

-Minecraft. See above.

Civilization IV with both expansions. And the Fall from Heaven II mod if I want variety.

The best value in gaming.

Klonoa (series):
Be it the original PS1 game, the WII-make, the PS2 sequel, or the GBA games...
They're just...simple fun.

Civ5:
I mean, do I really need to explain?

Any game in the Warriors series can relax me, Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, and Pirate Warriors. Pirate Warriors 3 is my current go to game, cause nothing feels better then after a shitty day of work coming home to play as my favorite One Piece character and slaughter over two thousand men a battle.
This this this!! Swatting around thousands of oncoming attackers ragdoll-style, ten and twenty at a time, running from Lu Bu, listening to the (still pretty awful) voice acting, it never really gets old. Still fire it up every now and then.

Going to add an oddball to the list: Tetrisphere. A really off-the-wall tetris-ish clone that came out on the N64 way back when - basically, it's tetris shapes on a big ball, the idea being to dig through layers of the ball to uncover various things. The music and sound design was top-notch, and I still have the soundtrack in my MP3 collection as all-purpose concentration music.

-Bayonetta
-Freedom Fighters
-Sniper Elite 1, 2, Nazi Zombies, and 3
-Team Fortress 2
-Killing Floor 1 and 2

I had to have beaten each of these (save TF/KF) at least 5 times each. They are so damn much fun to play that I never get bored, or begin to feel a sense of repetition. They each carry a nice variety of gameplay styles, unlockables, and secrets to keep me playing well after I should have cast them aside in favor of continuing progress on my backlog, and I can guarantee there are more I'm not thinking of, and more I'll be adding to the list if some of the upcoming titles deliver on their promises. Lookin' at you, No Man's Sky.

Chrono Trigger, no joke I've played it again and again since I discovered it on emulator many years ago in high school, I saw it in ToysRUs for the first time many years before that and I was instantly intrigued because of the artwork of Akira Toriyama. Love that game, I will never tire of playing it over and over.

Spyro 2 & 3 and the original Ape Escape.

There's just something about that specific type of platformer that I've always loved. To me, the levels aren't just obstacle courses to reach the end of, like with a Mario or Crash Bandicoot game; they're like miniature worlds to explore.
