Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner

Loved the first game but I can't find many copies PAL copies around. Those that exist tend to be super expensive. I'll buy it eventually only to find my PS2 would have died in the intervening years. Anybody actually play it though? I heard it was good.

Also I've always wanted a PAL copy of MGS3: Subsistence. I have an NTSC version I got for £10, but havn't got that working on my PS2, considering Amazon lists the PAL version as £150 then it might be worth importing an NTSC PS2, just for this one game! Crazy.

Shadow Of The Colossus.

I've seen it on ebay before, but back then, I didn't have the means to buy anything online. I want that game so badly...

I've been on a huge dreamcast hunt recently, and while i have found most of the games i wanted, i still haven't found some of the noteworthy games on the system such as, Skies of arcadia, Grandia 2, Maken X, Timestalkers, street fighter 3: third strike, Silver, Shemmue, Toy commander, and Carrier.

I would kill someone for a copy of Skies of Arcadia, that is for certain.

Steel Battalion. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to afford it.

Why don't I have the 500 dollars I need to get you?!?! *sob*
I've seen a copy of that game with the humongous controller going for fifty quid (roughly 80 dollars) at Cex one day, and oh boy did i kick myself for not buying it.

(I bet you think im a idiot for passing that up do you? I don't blame you in the least.)

For a while I couldn't find Morrowind (for the xbox not the PC) and when I did find it, it was pretty crap. Still, the search was fun.

I was actually really lucky. I'd been wanting Suikoden 2 for a really long time and I actually got a copy a few years back. Pretty cheap too, considering how much it goes for now.
I actually randomly bought 2 "rare" PSX games on a whim back in the day; the English Localization of Suikoden 2 being one of them (props if you can guess the other).

My copy is still in excellent condition, with the original case.
I've been meaning to play through it again...hmm.

On Topic: Armored Core: Project Phantasma
Ignore the single player campaign; the arena is where its at. This is the point in the series where the gameplay was most unbalanced...but fun.
So much nerfing occurred in the following entry (Master of Arena; which could also qualify for this topic) that it kind of sucked the fun out.

I accidentally bought Project Phantasma first while looking for the original back in the day, but my disc suffered a hairline fracture at one point (I nearly strangled the guy...almost wish I had now) and have been unable to play it since.
Copies of the game are exceedingly hard to find; my friend tried to order one for me as a birthday gift, but the source sent him a copy of the original Armored Core instead (either mistakenly or dishonestly. I'm unsure which).

EDIT:

Tombi!(or Tomba!) for the PS1 loved that game as a child and now its £80 because its ultra-rare X_X
And to think that I bought one, years ago, for about 9 bucks, not even knowing if it was any good... How lucky can I be? :D
Seriously? Tomba is ultra-rare now?
I guess that makes 3 rare PSX titles I stumbled across and bought on a whim.
Would have thought there would be more of them considering the original had the best demo ever, and was widely distributed.

James Talbot-Hammond: I'm lucky enough to own 2 PAL copies of MGS3: Subsistance. A friend of mine donates games to me when he's finished with them and I keep those that I consider worth while.

OT: I've been looking for the original Duke Nukem on PS1 for a while now, only to find it in a sale bin at my local blockbuster!

Either of the System shock games. I've heard good things, but can't find them anywhere and when I have found them in the past they're usually really expensive.

Before I get to my wish list, I do have good news for some of the posts listed.

Someone mentioned about trying to get the Mega Man Zero games...hope this helps.

http://www.joystiq.com/2010/01/15/mega-man-zero-series-to-be-re-released-as-ds-collection/

There were also people wanting to get Shadow of the Colossus...here's to you.

http://www.1up.com/news/ico-shadow-colossus-collection-rumored

These were also games that were on my wish list, but since I recently found them and have circled the dates on my calender, I have them as highly anticipated games. Now, the list of games that I want to get LEGALLY also include:

Mother Series (any of them)
Power Stone (don't have a Genesis)
Psychonauts
Ace Attorney Series (any of them)
