I have a plethora of games from said publishers from before I started boycotting them. So I play those, as well as any other games I want that aren't from that list of publishers. Oh, and yes, I do <3 Valve.phar said:While I agree with what you say.. I dont go so far to boycott though but what do you actually play? Valve and indie games?
I boycott them because of their business practices. It's sickening, really. UbiSoft has ridiculous DRM, EA puts spyware on your computer, and Activision...actually, scratch out Activision, I don't have anything against them anymore. I was boycotting them 'cause I heard they wanted to charge people to play Call of Duty multiplayer (or something like that), but I haven't heard anything about it in over a year.MercurySteam said:That's like half of the industry gone. What the hell could've screwed up your opinion of those three major publishers so much? And who in their right mind stops buying such a large chunk of games from our industry because of the publishers?
Ditto.Dandark said:I refuse to play most MMOs since I find them to be full of damn annoying grinding. I am also afraid I may fall into their trap and become addicted.
Better graphics if your computer is up for it. I grew up in a time when a 2 year old pc couldn't handle a newer game and I didn't have the cash to upgrade as I was 14 or so. And I like playing on my big tv and not stare at a tiny screen. I dislike PC gaming in general and the PC gaming fans don't help.TheKasp said:Graphics better is a fact, gameplay better is in many games also a fact. If you like controller: plug a controller into the pc.Thomas Guy said:Not a game but I refuse to play a game on PC. Graphics better, eh. Gameplay better, no. At least not for me. Oh, if it were real I would refuse to play Slavery the Game just like I would refuse to play Rapelay.
For me, I refuse to toch FF X again. Worst "game" I ever played. Also I don't play any FPS with health regeneration.
